There was a chance the quote was going to take place on Friday or Monday. My husband works graves so I told them if it took place Monday it would have to be mid afternoon. They did not show or text me that they were not coming on Friday. Friday 01-20-2023 at about 2pm I texted asking when they would be here Monday. I did not receive a response until after midnight on Saturday just saying "let me get back to you on that". Later that day on Saturday at about 1230 I texted again asking if they have a time for Monday. I again did not receive a response until Sunday at 3am saying "Not yet waiting on my partner Elva. I already sent her the info and your husband ph number. I will check just a sec." I did not get any information until Monday while I was at work at 9:20am saying "My partner will go to your house now" My husband spent the morning with the woman Elva who took pictures of the home. We never received a quote. Tuesday at 12:15 I received a text message saying: "Hi Wendy how are you? Please just let me know how many bedrooms and bathrooms again and if you want both top and bottom cleaned ok? And how many times a month and if deep cleaning or regular. Ty" Not sure why I called initially and spoke with her over the phone giving details of what I need and dimensions of the home, and then have one of her people come to my home after not being able to give me a time after several days, and still have no idea for a quote. I told her I no longer was interested in their services and she sent me a long text message of irrelevant information and would not own up to how disorganized the business was.
