I received an instructor assignment and after one phone call, I never heard from him again until one day, three weeks later, he just showed up to my house and honked his horn in my driveway. When I asked why he hadn't responded to my phone calls, texts, emails he said, "Uh, sorry my phone was dead." I sent this person away as I did not feel comfortable at all sending my child with him. It took the school another 10 days, after my repeated calls and emails, to find another instructor. This was a very long and stressful process with the school. I am glad we got a 2nd instructor because she was awesome. Again, this review rating reflects her, not the school.

This happened multiple times including one incident where she was yelling on the phone to someone. And then, during my son's "instruction" time, the instructor decided to run into the store while my son was still in the driver's seat of the vehicle. She was on the clock and I was paying them while she did this. I called 2020 and have spoken to a manager and the owner. The manager said I could get a refund while the owner said he was "unable to issue a refund". I am still trying to get a resolution here... This place is chaotic and unprofessional. The owner became belligerent with me and even called me a liar when I asked to explain why the website did not provide the full information So if you are an adult seeking to obtain your driver's license before the 60-day waiting period please do not go with this company. I spent a total of $860 and they did not provide the full services I paid for.
