We didn't have a true reference other than a doctor who said he was familiar with Notre Dame and positive Google reviews. We ended up taking a shot with Notre Dame and were absolutely amazed by the professionalism, warmth and caring of every individual worked with. The level of detail and the reassurance they gave my mother in law was priceless. I cannot say enough about the service they provided for my loved ones. Hospice is truly the most selfless service around and I would argue that his care through them far exceeded what he experienced in the hospital. Thank you all for bringing peace and dignity to my father in law in his last days.

The hospice doctor lied to the funeral director about the timelines he would sign and send the…read moredeath certificate. I had to call twice after to try and expedite this process. This did not work and now the service has to be moved, my aunt will miss her own brothers funeral, and my sister may not be able to get in town. This company is very unprofessional and not at all concerned about families after their loss. I was told numerous times that the social worker would contact us after my dad expires. Still haven't heard from them. After your loved one dies, Notre Dame will not do what they promise.
