Absolutely awful! Started a policy for my husband two weeks ago. When I told them the insurance policy did not belong to my husband they completely stopped responding. Then I receive a message a couple of days later asking to sign my husband's insurance policy. The insurance policy had the wrong address on it. I asked them to update the address on the insurance policy and I would send it back. They then tell me that it was changed internally and to sign the paperwork. The incorrect address is still on the paperwork! After the paperwork is signed, I let them know. I get no response. A couple of days later I get a text messages asking for address verification. The next day I get a text message that says the insurance policy is canceled. Over $300 to start an insurance policy and in 2 weeks after their lack of professionalism and attention to detail and they want to cancel the policy because they are behind with their timelines for sending me the wrong information! Unbelievable! Go with anyone but them!

There was no real accountability or attempt to resolve the situation. Overall, the process felt frustrating and poorly managed. I strongly suggest others double-check their renewal details and seriously consider other insurance options. I would not recommend Progressive based on this experience.
