(Exact time they said they would be here) Took one very tall tree down and trimmed another and was down before 10:30AM!! Great crew!! They have heavy equipment and get the job done fast, very professional, ask permission for yard use of the trucks, and even cleaned up the yard and blew sawdust off my roof!! These guys are the only tree service you need; I am beyond impressed and on top of all of that it was truly affordable!! They did a great job. I needed to have a tall sick tree with a hollow base removed. We also found another ill tree beside it. They were responsive to give me a quote. They arrived early at 8 AM to start the job with a big team. They were professional and were able to cut the tree one piece at a time with each piece tied with a robe so it doesn't fall hard and destroy the lawn. They covered my windows with wide pieces of woods. They did grind the base and the roots. Did relatively good cleaning of branches and leaves after that. I watched PT Tree Service cut back a couple of neighbors large maple trees this morning. I'm writing this review because I feel they should be commended for the great job they did. Every person on the crew; from the guy in the bucket, the guys on the ground with the ropes, to the guys loading the chipper were all talented and experienced. Seeing those large branches come down smoothly was very impressive, and they were dealing with close quarter. If not experience, I could see how things could go terribly wrong. PR responded promptly on Yelp, got us a same day quote, came in right on exactly or under our other bids, and had a lot of significant tree fall damage removed within the same day. The tree fell on our property and our neighbors right on the fence - they carved around everything, hopefully saved the 30 y/o tree (others said they couldn't), and were very careful to remove all debris. June 19, 2025 PR Tree Service helped us out with removal of a neighbors tree that had fallen on our house. We called them in the late evening and they were able to come out first thing the next morning. Everything was taken care of very quickly for a fair price.
