We filed a complaint with the Virginia Board of Accountancy and were informed that an audit was expected to take place at the end of last year. We have not received any updates on the outcome. We also hired an attorney, at our own expense, to formally present our concerns to Sareene Tax and Associates in an effort to seek reimbursement. They stated that no mistakes were made and have not reimbursed us for any of the expenses we incurred. In our view, the errors were clear, and resolving this situation was both stressful and costly.
