I've been to Space on 3 different trips. It's a must! The outlet is fully stocked with Prada & Miu Miu merchadise. My husband buys a suit, shoes, and tie everytime and I always leave with at least a pair of shoes! Prices are low and even better is that you get your VAT refund back so don't forget your passport. We like to rent a car and just drive here because there is a convenient parking lot. Come early and grab a number especially during high season. I think they only allow a 100-200 people at a time and those tour busses arrive packed with shoppers!

Great selection of leather goods, accessories, fragrances, and clothing. The staff were all very friendly, and they provided helpful information about claiming VAT tax refunds at checkout. Don't hesitate to ask if they have additional items in the back--you might be surprised! Overall, excellent value for Prada products. read more
Tons of section here. And for being a Prada Outlet, it had really nice items at prices up to 40% off of retail. The wallets for men were highly priced, so not everything seems like such a great deal. The girls cashing you out at the counter are a bit odd--not a lot of emotion there. The girls on the floor aren't much better. Things move relatively slow here. read more

I used to shop there in the 90s when it was a lot smaller and good deals could be had. All the unsold Prada merchandise in the Italian Prada stores would end up at the outlet and be sold at a steep discount. I bought men's shoes for less than $100 there! Not anymore. It's become pretty much a regular Prada store. Only unsuspecting Far East Asians and Gulf Arabs think they are making a killing. I know better, I go to Sotto Sotto now. read more
This is not a matter of if you should stop here, but WHEN are you stopping here? If you are anywhere in Tuscany you must find your way here. This is a Prada outlet that is as well put together as the nicest Prada store you have ever been in. It is HUGE and has something for everyone. The selection is huge and being a Prada aficionado, I can tell you that there was a larger selection in sizes and colors here, than I have ever found in the US. I found great prices for clothing and shoes. I didn't feel the purses were discounted enough, but hey it's a discount and you receive back the VAT (taxes). The taxes have some steps you must take and you get your refund at your final European port, usually at the airport. There is a cafe in the front of Space which is equally good for a quick bite or a fabulous Italian coffee. read more

A huge Prada outlet an hour away? Who cares if I only had two short days in Florence, we are going! Lol and so we went. Caught a 38 min train from Santa Maria Novella train station to Montevarchi (5.80€) and a cab shared with other shoppers for 3€ each. Not bad. We got there at 10 am with about 38 other people waiting for it to open at 1030am. No problem. There's a cafe that's already open for those excited enough to skip breakfast and be the first in line when it opens. As soon as you get there, there's a ticket booth. Get one or two, however many you are. That's your number in line. They supposedly only allow 100 guests in the store at one time. You also need that number to make your purchase. Just so you can reserve an item. So don't lug that bag around for dear life. There's more in the back. And if there isn't, they will take it for you to the register with your number. Just ask one of the associates. Once your done shopping, head to the register and give them your number. Everything you had reserved will be there for you to inspect and ultimately decide which you want to actually pay for. Now the question is: is it worth traveling to and spending at least the whole morning at? Yes! Every item is at least marked down to 50-70%. Of course it will all be previous seasons designs. But your outlet shopping so you should already know that. Service is friendly and efficient. One of the highlights of my trip lol. read more
Foe most women, this place is heaven on Earth. For me, it was just a way to figure how to profit. Space has great selections of deeply discounted Prada goods. If you're a shopper, you can't skip this place in Florence. read more
When I heard there was a Prada Outlet in Tuscany that was on the way to our hotel, I had no doubt that we had to stop here. Convincing my husband to do so was a different story! Anyways, we found this unassuming store in an office park. Grabbed a number and started browsing. There was so much from Prada, Miu Miu and CarShoe (though no Carshoe purses) that it was a little overwhelming! The prices are really good, especially if you know what the prices are originally! Once you select your items, the salesperson will attach the item to your number so you don't have to carry around a ton of items. I ended up with a pair of crop pants, 2 wallets, a purse and a clutch. They also fill out the VAT paperwork so you can get your refund (which in my case ended up to be equivalent to the cost of one of the wallets). I say definitely make a stop here! read more

A definite must for a Prada fan! We visit Florence every year, and a trip to this outlet is always on our list. The prices are around half of what you would pay regularly. The quality is exceptional as always, and the selection is quite good. Taking a train from Santa Maria novella takes around 45 minutes and costs €6.30. Upon arrival, you walk out and find a cab which will cost you €12. When you arrive at Prada, you have to take a number outside. I'm sure it is extremely busy in the summer, however we always come in the winter, and visit first thing in the morning. There has never been a line when we arrive. We usually leave Florence in the 9:22 train, which has us arriving at Prada before 11:00. It is a relatively simple journey, definitely worth the trip if you are a Prada fan. ...They also have Miu Miu, however I have never actually looked at any of those products because I'm not interested. Happy shopping! read more

For Prada fans. And Miu Miu, Helmut Lang and Jil Sander. In the middle of nowhere, about an hour south of Florence, a great warehouse building with fantastic bargains on those brands. Only downside: the buses with Japanese tourists... Definitely worth the trip. read more

If you are in Florence and are looking for Prada and Miu Miu, the trip is worth the savings. My wife was floored with the selection. Much nicer than the typical outlet, it doesn't feel like an outlet at all. Arrive early, because if you see something you like, you better grab it, because someone else will. Here's a little tip. Wait right outside the employee door in the Prada handbag section and wait for emoployees to bring out new stuff. They literally bring one of a kind items out at any given time, so if you want first dibs at something, thats the secret ;) Prices generally range from 50-70% off retail read more
Prada Heaven! The Space outlet is about the same size as the location at The Mall - slightly further away from Florence, but a quick trip if you're in the Siena area. Far less crowded than The Mall location, with great selection, service and prices. The only thing that I didn't like was that they had several different cash registers in each area (clothing, shoes, handbags, etc.) which was confusing if you wanted to pay for everything together. read more

If you love PRADA/MIU MIU it's a must. You'll roll up to a undescript and discrete warehouse in the middle of nowhere and enter to find a store dressed like a flagship PRADA store. Unfortunately, 'The Mall' has seen its glory days and is completely overrun with visitors. This is where the deals and selection are at. 'SPACE' serves as somewhat of a distribution hub for PRADA/MIU MIU and it receives merchandise from full-price stores before the regular outlet network. I purchased a beautiful, massive calf skin PRADA tote in amazing condition for only 500euros because it was a sample in the boutiques. My son purchased several cashmere/wool sweaters for 90euros each and there was an incredibly expansive shoe selection. It seems like a great place to purchase suits & dress pants as well but we just did not have the time. While it's far from a clearance rack, there are deals to be had if you look for them. The main reason to go here is the size and depth of selection. It's a great place to go if you really love these brands or if you're trying to hunt down items from past seasons. read more
