The exterior presents itself beautifully, and upon stepping inside, the venue was absolutely immaculate. Both the interior design and the exterior facade are exceptionally well-maintained and sophisticated, evoking the wonderful essence of a traditional Indian establishment. The service we received was nothing short of exemplary. To begin, we refreshed ourselves with the Mango Lassi, which was perfectly balanced and delightful. For our luncheon selections, we ordered the Biryani and the Paneer Tikka. The cuisine arrived at our table beautifully hot, fresh, and executed to absolute perfection. The Biryani, in particular, was an absolute standout deeply flavorful and thoroughly satisfying. Clove Garden is an authentic hidden gem that delivers flawless flavor and impeccable service. The star of beverages was paan shot - so lip smacking delicious creamy and perfect for a hot humid day. Masala dosa stole the show to the point we ordered one more to relish it again. Their sambhar was delicious too (I never really finish sambhar easily but this one hit perfectly in flavors). Their medu vada were tight and bit dry - wont order again. The onion uttapam came under cooked and so I had to sent it back, and didn't have another 25 minutes to wait for a fresh one. Service was good and staff were courteous. This place has ample street parking around. You might have to drive around to find one though.

I don't know why people would say Dahi Puri Chaat is good here---I saw that in reviews on Google…read moremaps and so ordered via DoorDash since I had ordered food from a nearby kebab place. Anyway they didn't even actually make the dahi puri! They just put the puri with some potatoes dry in a container and then on the side gave tiny chutney containers for the yogurt, tamarind sauce & green chutney. Ok if you're putting it separately to avoid sogginess then at least give enough for the dish. It was laughable how stingy they were. Dahi puri is supposed to have LOTS of yogurt and instead this minuscule container of completely watery "yogurt" was not even enough to fill 2 of the puri. $10 plus tax & tip for this?? Also since they didn't make anything why did they keep the driver waiting for SO long? What a complete waste of money & time.

It comes with boneless chicken, which is actually a favorite of mine that not a lot of places offer. The biriyani was really good, one of the best I've had in a while. It's perfectly spiced and flavorful with a generous portion. It can easily be shared between 2 or 3 people. Overall, I plan on coming back when I'm in the area. The biryanis in Manhattan do not compare to this. I personally do not prefer the Dum style biriyani, so I was very happy the special was a regularly prepared dish. However, they do offer dum biryani as well.
