Years ago, this church was known as Family Church when Pastor Dave Ansell was leading. Back then, it truly felt like a family church in every sense of the word. Life took me in a different direction, and over time my faith drifted. Recently, I've been searching again, and that Sunday felt like it mattered. It felt like the day I was supposed to come back. We arrived excited, as a family, ready to worship together. As we walked in, I considered checking our kids in, but my younger children have never really been away from their mother and were not ready. Instead of forcing them, we made the decision to stay together as a family and attend service. That's when things immediately felt off. We were directed away from the main auditorium and told to go upstairs into a separate room to watch the service on a TV. It felt isolating and honestly like a punishment for having children. Worship is supposed to be about unity, not separation. Trying to make the best of it, we went back downstairs to enter the main auditorium. That's when we were stopped. My wife explained that our children are well-behaved and would not cause a disruption. An older gentleman then stepped forward and said, "We don't allow kids in here." We were turned away, in front of others, with our children standing there. It was embarrassing, disheartening, and honestly shocking. I couldn't help but think of Matthew 19:14, "Let the little children come to me... and do not hinder them." I also thought about the message every church promotes: "Come as you are" and "All are welcome." That is not what we experienced. We were redirected, restricted, and ultimately rejected. This church once felt like a place where families belonged. When it was Family Church, it truly lived up to that name. Since then, it has been rebranded multiple times and is now called Boundless Church. Ironically, the first thing we experienced were boundaries. This was a moment that mattered for me and my family. It could have been a turning point in reconnecting with faith and community. Instead, we left feeling like we did not belong. Very disappointing experience.

I loved being in the main hall because I felt the presence of God but it is no longer the same for me. Sadly my time here was great but now i must search for a new church.

After experiencing a tragedy in my life, I searched for deeper healing and decided to join the women's healing home. When I arrived, the women were very welcoming and kind. However, they did take possession of my belongings for safekeeping. Later, when I realized the home was not the right place for me and I wanted to leave, I asked for all of my belongings back. I did receive my iPad and iPhone, but my laptop was initially withheld. After continued requests and the mention of filing a police report, they finally returned it to me. Overall, it can be a helpful place for healing, and many of the women there are supportive. My advice to anyone considering going there is to avoid bringing valuables or important electronics. I wish you the best on your healing journey.

As a church goer I with all honesty and sincerity would like to say that I am sad for those who have been brainwashed into believing they have been "saved/healed" by this church. I was invited by a friend to attend a Sunday service and for only attending this church for about 6 months, I came to the realization that it is a cult. I had to dress like everyone that did ministry. I was constantly badgered into doing certain things for the church. My social media was monitored by my leader. I was told that I was "backslidding" when I questioned things in the church and often times told that the devil was using my friends and family against me because they weren't "saved". I donated so much time and tithed often because I was told that I would have favor in my life. Idolatry is written all over Pastor Jason. Pastor Jason is not God yet is treated like God himself. People obsess over Jason which in my opinion is demonic. Jason has his little servants (including me) do everything for him with the guise of doing it for God. He doesn't make himself available. He boasts about himself at every service as if he's the only one that has ever struggled in life. He never gives credit to those below him (lower than his 12). I wish he would talk about how he makes $100k+ a year from this church. All the tithes that Pastor Jason says are blessings for the church and God are actually to pay off his properties around Whittier. He is by far humble with his expensive taste in clothes, jewelry, cars, homes, and his boat. This guy also likes to boasts about his first class flight travels. He's for the people's money with the claims of being saved and having a renewed mind (brainwashed). God has a special place for people who use his name in vain for personal gain. This church is FILLED with people who at one point were vulnerable but are now "saved" and are sadly taken advantage of by the leaders all with the promise to heaven. God loves all his creations even those who have committed the worst of sins make it to heaven. Jason manipulates and twists scriptures so that his followers can be dependent on his church. Shame on you Freedom. I came to this place with an open heart and continued going even when I knew it was bad because I had felt that maybe the devil was lying to me, but God did everything in his power to unveil the truth of this church. I have found a church elsewhere that preaches the word and love of God without constantly pushing for money donations. I pray that many of the people here are given the same vision I was given because this church is not what it claims to be, starting with Pastor Jason "the bigger the tithe, the bigger the blessing". God will forgive the leaders of this church, but I pray even more for Pastor Jason. Do not go to this cult-like church. This church doesn't deserve a star or even followers for that matter.
