It was beautiful as it was delicious! All the flavors and textures were harmonious. The fish was light and flaky, the puréed kumara was silky smooth, and the veggies and bacon provided the crunch. Top it all with lemon and the acidity balanced the fattiness of the bacon butter. Also, you can't go wrong with any dish that comes with bacon! As far as service, infinity stars! First of all, the ambience is so inviting. It was cold and rainy that day. The restaurant is essentially like a cabin, fireplace and all. And the woman who greeted us did so warmly. She has this positive vibe and you can't help but feel welcomed. She's also very efficient! She took our names when we placed our orders since she knew we were going to be paying separately. But her memory is so good that she knew our names when we were at the counter. I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back in the future.
