Some things seemed more expensive to me, but most are reasonably priced. Everything is neatly organized and sorted out and the customer service is great. I bought a power drill and realized when I got home that I had forgot to use a coupon that I clipped out. Went back a few days later to pick up more things and asked them if I could also do a price adjustment for the power drill I had purchased. They told me my coupon had already expired, but they had another coupon that I could use and they adjusted it for me. Saved 20% instead of 25%, but still good! I'm a happy camper. Seems like they have coupons every week.

I used to think True Value was small! This place is half the size of the smallest True Value I've ever visited in the USA. You can fit about 200 of these stores into a standard Home Depot in the United States. Now that we are in Corona-times, this place is doing well with distributing items you buy online and pickup at the door. In the Netherlands, we haven't been able to shop in non-essential stores since October (now February). They allow us to order online at hardware stores and pick up since it's somewhat essential if your sink or faucet breaks. I am rambling on, but you get the idea. Although the inventory is limited, thankfully they are open and the employees risk their health to work and provide a service for us when needed.
