A man from Super Discount Liquors called to tell me that they were very busy and it may take longer than an hour for delivery. I told him that wasn't a problem at all, the champagne was actually a gift for New Years and my friend didn't even know it was being delivered to her. When they finally delivered it to her they had wrapped it so nicely and told my friend that it was a gift from a friend. My friend called me in tears. She said it was the sweetest thing ever. We were so heartbroken we didn't get to spend New Years together. I can't even believe they went out of their way to do that. That was incredibly sweet. I immediately called the driver. He said he would bring it to me. I called Super Discount to notify the manager -Deep was his name and was told he would call me back if he would re-deliver or just refund me. Neither was done! I called again was told I was refunded. This was never done. Now no one answers the phone. Dishonest service! I will never shop there again or recommend anyone to this place.

However, they were helpful in locating certain alcoholic drinks in the store. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. Items: Besides alcohol, they also sell cigars, cigarettes, and bags of ice. Cleanliness: The store was clean with no trash visible to the customers eyes. All the shelves and areas were neatly organized. Prices: The prices for alcohol like most liquor stores and depends on the item you are purchasing. Overall: I would come back to this location but sometimes it is a pain to enter and exit since it is located off of route 1 south.

This was the first of many lovely places that my boyfriend took me to during my first ever visit to…read morethe glorious city of NB. It was mos def a "trip down memory lane" for him as we walked into The Hub as many of his memorable nights of getting completely hammered in NB usually started with a visit to The Hub. I would like to go ahead and say this right off the bat...I have never seen a more eclectic selection of "liquor blends" and "bum wines" - both of which we indulged in buying. The selection of "liquor blends" (in the padlocked fridge closest to the bar) was what I found to be the most fascinating. It was in this fridge that I was able to find Tarantula's Azul Magaraita "Premium Liquor Blend" in Fresa (strawberry), Melon, Baya (berry) and Mango. This made me reminiscent of my undergrad days....oh..what fun I had drinking the "Premium Liquor Blends." Aside from the Tarantula there was also a liquor blend that was advertised (on the bottle) as "LIQUOR YOU CAN EAT!" I couldn't help but umm...stare at the bottle (in confusion) for a bit. So, the BF got his bum wines and sparks and I got my Tarantula and Sauza Blanco(seriously, you thought that I was going to drink the "liquor blend" sans extra liquor? pssssshhhh...) and the total came out to $26 (my Sauza cost $11). That's pretty damn good considering it was a 40 oz of Night Train, three other smaller bottles of bum wine, three sparks, a Tarantula and a (something bigger than a 1/5 but not a bottle) of Sauza. We were pretty dandy for the weekend. Oh yah, um, Cash ONLY and they stick your ID into this ID thing..so youngins' beware.
