First of all the owner is very rude. I went to wash two week ago a Saturday night I left $2.50 on the machine to my stuff to the car . When I came back was not ther . The two Spanish lady I asked them if they took it by accident or just hold it for me. They acted like I wasn't talking to them . I left a note with time, machine # and everything. The owner texted me and said yes come pick it up no problem. I told her I would be in . Today I can and asked her mind you is not about the money. The way she handled it. She told she was not going get it . I was lier she go so upset when I came in . I come to this please close to home. Mind you I could leave cuz my stuff was washing. read more

I only go to this place cause the laundry facility at my apartment complex gets a -5. Where do I start? The place is in need of some attention. There is usually about one or two washing machines/dryers out of order and many stained and missing ceiling tiles. The washing machines get the job done. They have 4 different size machines, which is good if you're like me who does laundry about once a week. As for the dryers... some dryers work well others do not; you put something on high and it's barely dry, you put something on low it's super hot and dry. They offer a drop off laundry service which they weigh the clothes by the pound. The problem with the drop off service is, they don't read the tags to find out if anything has special laundry instructions AND they put everything in the dryer on high! If it wasn't conveniently and there was another laundromat place closer, I would go somewhere else. They got me by the cojones! read more

The worst. Some of the washing machines have old soap accumulated in the dispenser so it's possible the soap from the previous customer never actually went through the washer. The dryers are very weak. The other day I spent 30 minutes drying my clothes and when I went to take them out I found my clothes wet and freezing cold so I had to use a different dryer and spend another 40 minutes. The place is so old and not at all kept up with. Would not recommend. read more

They know their machines don't work and they refuse to make things right. I once needed to use this laundromat on a holiday afternoon. After approximately an hour the attendant told me I needed to leave immediately because I was the only customer there. I tried to explain that my clothes were still wet. Then her adult son tried to intimidate me into leaving, but I refused. I waited until my clothes were dry then folded. I had used this laundromat at least ten times before that day. And on each of those occasions there was no hot water. read more

Great laundry service. I've dropped off everything from school clothes to muddy football uniforms and they always come back folded and clean as new. Very friendly people. Every time I go in they ask me how my family is doing and return the clothes no more than 24 hours after dropping them off. read more

Arrogant and obnoxious owner who makes up stuff to try to convince you his machines are working properly. The washers do not spin well and all the clothes are still wet when you take them out. The detergent and fabric softener dispensers are disgusting. There is old fabric softener in there. Owner tried to tell me it's because the precious user used too much. On this past Friday, I put a load in the dryer at 8:25 set for an hour and twenty minutes. I double-checked the laundromat closed at 10, which they said they did, as does their sign on the front door. I went to eat, came back at 9:40, only to find the lights off, the doors locked, and no sign of employees leaving/having just left, indicating that they left several minutes before I got back, with my dryer still running. The next morning, I got up at 7am and called them to make sure my clothes were still there, as I had plans until the afternoon that kept me from going in person. The employee who answered the phone said she didn't close the night before, so she didn't know what time they closed, wasn't responsible, etc, and that my clothes were still in their dryer, so I told her to put them in a bag or cart, and put it behind the counter so that no one could steal my belongings, and that I would be in in a few hours. Immediately, the employee started giving me an attitude that I wasn't coming in right away to grab them. When I said that I couldn't come in for a few hours, and couldn't bend my plans because of their mistake, she said she "didn't know if I can do that" about putting my clothes behind the counter to keep them safe. I said "What, you can't put my clothes in a bag?", and the employee hanged up on me. When I came in to pick up the clothes, the employee had them sitting in a cart out in the open by the front door, where anyone could have stolen them. I began putting my clothes in my hamper. The employee, who was talking to a friend all the way at the back of the laundromat, finally noticed that I was taking my belongings, and asked if they were mine. I said "Yes.", and continued to pack up, figuring it wasn't worth complaining any further, as I'd already read all of the other bad reviews about both the service and manager on both Yelp and Google Review. As I was doing so, the employee started complaining to her friend: "They called at 7, and just came in for them", so I began yelling at her across the store, "Yeah, well maybe you guys shouldn't have closed early and locked my clothes up!" She stuttered a bit before insisting that the store closed at 9:45 last night. (Interesting given that she had already told me she wasn't even present then.) I insisted that I had gotten there at 9:40, and pointed out that even if what she said was true, both the employees and the hours sign state that they close at 10, so she was still wrong. She continued to whine nonsensically until I was out of the door. TL;DR Laundromat closed at least half an hour earlier than both employees and hours sign stated while my dryer was running, locking my clothes up. When I called the next morning to ask them to put my clothes behind the counter to keep them safe until I could get them, the employee gave me attitude that I wasn't dropping everything to come in right that second, and hung up on me. When I went to pick up my clothes, they were left out in the open for anyone to take, and the employee gave me more attitude and lied about their hours. Never go here: Take your clothes and some rocks, and use the rocks to weigh your clothes down in a river by the shore. Come back in a few hours, remove the rocks and your clothes, and hang them to dry. You'll be better served by the fish that picked crumbs off your clothes than you would be here. read more

We brought our laundry to them to do while our house was flooded, they lost items from every loss we brought then, and a good items from other peoples laundry randomly. They have not offered any help to sort it out, or get our stuff back. Don't use them! read more

Horrible! there is NO HOT WATER at this laundromat, you can press the button for hot and cold water comes out, when I asked the attendant about this she said " tell you the truth the owner knows and doesn't care and you won't get hot water here" That was my last trip there but I feel badly for the customers who drop off their laundry and pay per pound thinking they are going to get certain items washed in hot, they are being ripped off bigtime! When I called the town to complain they told me there is no ordinance that says they have to provide hot water, sucks for the drop off people! Hopefully they will read this and go elsewhere read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAUNDROMAT. I dropped off a Ralph Lauren Chaps king size comforter and 2 pillow shams for laundering. I learned from an employee that a customer walked out with my comforter. The employee lied to the owner and said that it was not a designer comforter although I dropped off the comforter in the orginal RL Chaps packaging. The employees are liars and do not monitor the activities in the laundromat. The owner, Kevin, did not take responsibility of reimbursing me appropriately for a designer king size comforter and shams, and offered to pay me only $70 to replace it, and he did not reimburse me for the $17 dollars that I paid to have my stolem comforter washed. Please do not do business with Kevin, his lying employees, or this laudromat! read more
