UPDATE: They sent me the correct charm and refunded the cost of the incorrect charm. I'm pretty happy with the outcome, but I do wish they had better communication. They rarely answer their phone or respond to emails, which I think gives customers a lot of anxiety about resolving any order issues. It took over 3 weeks to resolve this issue, which is completely fine, but that should really be communicated to the customer so we aren't left wondering if or when the product will be shipped. ----------------------------------------- If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Ordered a charm from here and they sent the wrong charm. Tried to reach them by phone and after 3 days of calling, someone finally answered. They told me they would send me the correct charm and a return label. Another 3 days pass...no confirmation email and they still are not answering their phone. After leaving a bad Google review, I magically recieve an email with a return label. The item has since been returned, but I still have not recieved a refund or the correct charm! When it didn't show up the order status was changed to backordered. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!! They are very unprofessional. Their service is awful and unknowledgeable. I was given wrong information multiple times throughout my dealings with them. I purchased a custom necklace via phone. To start things off, I received the necklace 12 days after the original delivery date I was told. Even after double checking via e-mail, and the packing slip having the correct information, they failed to get a simple clockwise ordering of stones on the charm correct. When I called today, the 16th of December, they said a new charm with the correct stones would not come until after Christmas. I wound up speaking to, who I was told to be, the owner, Mario. He was not accommodating whatsoever and wound up hanging up on me mid sentence. My experience with this company has caused nothing but pain.
