don't waist your money here max don't know what he is doing. my mom made a appointment with max, i went with her every time. he told us he could make her a new set just like the set she has. so she ordered a new set from him and she had to pay in full & in advance for them.so she did , conveniently max was on vacation for 2 weeks when the hearing aids came in , and saposably you only have 2 weeks to return them from the date received ? hello he was on vacation. so when we went in to have them fitted and adjusted ???? they are not the same....they are blue tooth ?.????????? not what she ordered or paid for ... but max keep tryen to get them adjusted to her ????? not what she ordered ????? anyway max adjusted them and adjusted them and adjusted them and ya $ 3,000.00 and two years later and they are still setting in the box they came in. what a waist of money. went to a lawyer. he said max screwed her but because of how much time max waisted adjusting them , there was nothing she could do unless there are other people out there he did this too & everyone could band together. read more
