I quickly called and schedule and appointment and Jose came on Friday morning and was finished with the install in less than 45mins. These guys did an amazing job! Precision air came out to give us a quote a few weeks ago. They did a great job in reviewing our current system and making recommendations based upon what was needed. We got a quote within 3 hours after the technician left and we had them out a week later to replace our compressor, coil and heater. Precision Air quickly responded to my request for a Quote on a rather large tear in my duct system due to a rat. I called to set up an appointment and Roxana, who is super nice and listened to my other complaints about my furnace, told me that she would send out Matthew who is the best. I told her that the last company didn't fix the issue and I was really skeptical. I'm happy to report that not only did Matthew fix the tear but solved my furnace issue! Simply put the thermostat had a bad connection and it was an easy fix. Matthew told me it was an easy fix and included that in the service charge. Matthew is very profession and honest! I'm beginning to think that the last company was trying to up-sell me on more services and I'm really upset they left me with a faulty system! It was the hottest day of the year and our air conditioner started making loud noises like a bad bearing. I was facing open heart surgery the following week and was trying to remain as calm as I could awaiting the procedure. This was not helping! I called Precision Air (A company I had used previously) and was surprised they could get a tech out that very day. Sam showed up assessed the situation (a bad fan motor), and in under 2 hours (despite having to tear the whole thing apart to get to the motor) it was all good. I had a fantastic experience with Anthony, Jun, and Jose this week. They installed a heat pump system and everything went very smoothly. They were on time each day and were both tidy in their work and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, including putting back the baby gate in the hallway and re-hanging pictures on the wall. Hanson did the estimate and had done a thorough job explaining the options available and provided expert knowledge on the size and type of unit that would be best, as well as answered the countless questions I had going into the project. When it turned out to be something more complicated, he relentlessly diagnosed the issue and after three long hours fixed our system while remaining polite and attentive to all our questions. Update to my original review. While there were hiccups in the process, Precision Air ultimately corrected the situation that was more than fair. I exchanged messages with the owner and although haven't been able to speak with him live due to holiday travel, he still was able to make the most of the experience. I'm changing to such a high rating because any service provider or retailer can make a mistake, it's when they go out of their way to correct the error that you know where their true intent lies. I still hope to connect with the owner but given his response to the issue, I would have to say I think Precision is a good HVAC provider that will ultimately fix any issue. read more

Our heater broke at 4am and they were out to start a repair by 2pm the next day. Our technician was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Two days before our Christmas trip, our heater stopped working and we didn't want to leave our cat and house sitter in a cold house for a week. I found Precision Air on Yelp and scheduled through the app. It couldn't have been easier and the fact they had appointments available was wonderful. The first tech that came out was new on the job but the support he received troubleshooting the problem was great. Hey...we all start somewhere, right? Because a tech that could install the gas valve wasn't available same day, Precision scheduled him for the next morning. Armando showed up right at 8am and finished with 15 minutes to spare (we were headed to the airport to catch a flight). I want to share what a fantastic job Eric and his crew did replacing an AC and furnace at my house. His crew was James, Juan and Javier. They took great care to keep my house clean both during and after the work. There were drop cloths the entire path inside my house. After the work was done one of the guys used a small battery powered vacuum cleaner to clean the area. Very impressive. The whole team was very polite and friendly while being totally professional. They weren't bothered by my questions and gave me good answers. When the job was done, Eric showed me how to use the new thermostat and then he invited me into the attic where the new units were installed to see what they did. He gave me a very thorough tour and satisfactorily answered all my questions. I really like that. Bottom line is that I would very heartily recommend these guys and the company for whom they work. read more
