The driver had neglected to clean off the back bumper of the truck, which was covered in grape-sized stones and gravel. The stones were flying off the back bumper and put two chips in my windshield, before I could change lanes and get out of the way. I called European Stone Design several times but could never reach anyone in person. I finally left a message to say that I will take care of repairing the stone chips but wanted to let them know what happened. Their carelessness resulted in damage to my car, plus the inconvenience and time to have it repaired. I left my name and phone number, thinking the decent thing for them to do would be to call and offer an apology, but haven't heard from them at all. Based on this, I don't think much of them as a company and will not use their services.

When my wife and I were looking for a specific rose bush, we were able to find it here where we were not able to find it anywhere else. This was also the place I was able to find a Bloomerang lilac when they were sold out everywhere else (wow that seems so long ago). The store can be a bit pricier than the other big box competition, but I am happy that I can find someone to help me here when I have questions or concerns.
