I moved to Marietta, but still drive up there to see Casey when I need a cut or color. She was careless when applying the hair dye and, in trying to remove it, spread both the dye and remover across my forehead -- burning the top layer of my skin (as shown in the photos). When I followed up on another stylist's advice to contact her, she refused to take responsibility, insisting it was an "allergic reaction," even though there was no swelling -- just a clear chemical burn. On top of that, her unprofessional behavior and constant use of foul language made the entire experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

Today is the third time someone in my family has had an appointment, then had to wait beyond the…read morescheduled time. There is a different excuse every time, & we always have to wait too long. This defeats the whole point of making an appointment. Based on experiences I've had in the past when I've been told "five more minutes," it often leads to a half hour to 45 minute wait so on today's appointment after we were told "10 minutes" (which was longer) with only one hairdresser being there, I told my son and the owner, very calmly this is the third time this has happened and we are going to go elsewhere. My voice was certainly not raised just stating a fact. The owner then came out to my car, loudly hitting on my window. I rolled it down. I thought maybe she was going to at least say she was done and apologize, but she starts screaming that she did not have the supplies and because her husband died, at the top of her lungs. I rolled up my window without saying a word. I can understand the death of a spouse would be detrimental, but if you can't get it together at work and find you are going up to potential customers, cars and losing your cool, it's time to reassess. Once I rolled my window up without saying a word, she flips me off. I ignored it and drove off. I should've stuck with my first instinct after the first or second time knowing how unprofessional it is here to go other places. Now I have finally learned.
