Had to hire a professional to come back and fix all his work. Nice guy but definitely didn't know what he was doing.

Number 1 - He answered his phone. This is critical for any service based business. As an out of state investor, I needed some local help with investment property. I told him my project had a short deadline and he committed to being able to complete it. He consistently communicated with me through email, text and phone calls. He worked long hours to get it done. I was very specific in the details of the project I needed work done on, and Jack was able to complete it as I had asked, also sending photos and a report of the completed work. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. My experience with Precision Handyman Contractors was just what I was hoping it would be. I highly recommend this contractor. read more

I hired this contractor for ceiling drywall, paint, and trim repair. Large gaps all around the trim, some of the trim is broken, in one spot right in the middle of the wall there is a couple inch gap between trim pieces. Left pencil marks, a couple holes, and paint splatter on my walls. At least in my experience, they have no intention of doing quality work. read more

One star isn't low enough of a rating. The partners broke up during our job. The disgruntled partner ( Jimmy Fouse) was left to finish our job and did a horrible one. So bad that even tho he offered to fix it I declined and asked for them to cover the cost of the tiles. Jack had previously offered to if Jimmy didn't. Jimmy never showed back up with any money. When I called Jack he hung up on me. I'm $1400. All the tiles are uneven grout lines are holey and the floor has a 2 inch drop.. read more

Jack came out to see our water-damaged drywall ceiling and door frame. He was punctual, gave a very reasonable estimate, and got to work on it immediately. He did fast, quality work and came back (again, punctually) the next morning to sand, paint and clean up. Highly recommended. read more

Awful service. I got a quote to paint 5 interior/exterior doors for $625 they came yesterday and where here from 9am to 1pm and didn't even get one door done ( which was a lie cause when I gave him the cash he said he was about done with two doors) it was my fault to give him the full amount, but I was in and out so I just wanted to make sure he was paid. I feel like after he knew he had the cash in hand it was excuse after excuse... he said I had a tick problem which I knew was a lie cause we just had landscapers here two days prior with no problems. then he said he would be back today ( June 11th) to finish but I got a text last night asking if he could come Sunday the 12th instead cause it was suppose to rain. which was total B.S cause it's clear skies on Saturday and rain Sunday the day they wanted to come. So long story short I paid Jack Rawson $625 and was left with 5 doors that were not completed and two of them off the hinges so anyone could come into our garage. I guess lesson learned never trust anyone especially Jack cause he is not true to his word and will take your money and not return any of your calls. I know I won't see the half that I asked back for, but at least if anyone reads this will know not to use them. read more
