I received a pair of their custom orthorics through my podiatrist. The devices are excellent. I've trained for 7 marathons and two half marathons in them without any of the previously experienced chronic foot pain. The material is exceptionally durable and has withstood literally thousands of miles underfoot of a 200lb runner without needing anything in terms of adjustment or correction.
