I called Monday, speaking with her again, and made an appointment for Wednesday morning as they were booked with other emergencies for the next two days. Anticipating a Wednesday visit, I was surprised when the technician called me Tuesday around noon. He offered to come to our building within the hour as he was in our neighborhood. Meeting my coworker and quickly discovering the cause, he called to explain the problem, the needed repairs, and an estimate both cost and timewise.
