I called Darcy at Pacific Spas in Edmonton, Ab to purchase the parts and he asked me to send him the parts I needed in an email. I did this in April of 2015 but I did not hear back from him. I emailed him a few more times and those emails came back not delivered. I checked online and Sunny Beach Pools in Edmonton seemed to be at the same address and had the same phone number. I called them in July 2015 and spoke to a lady there who told me they were the same company and that Darcy was no longer with the company. She asked me to send the list of parts that I needed to the companies email. info@sunnybeachpools.ca. I sent an email of what I needed but did not hear back from them again. I sent them another email in August 2015 but did not get a reply. I sent another email in September 2015 and this time I received a reply from Robert Sawatzky from Sunny Beach Pools. The message only said "Have we spoken before? Did you order parts before?" I was excited to finally have a reply and so I replied right back explaining what parts I needed. Once again I did not get any reply. I tried again in October 2015 and in November 2015 and I have received no replies to either of those emails. I am very frustrated at the lack of professionalism and courtesy to even respond to my request for parts. I have been without parts for my hot tub for 6 months now and I do not know what else to do but warn other potential customers about the very poor customer service from Pacific Spas / Sunny Beach Pools.

He asked my husband to be present to help him tip the tub. The night before out apt we got a msg saying he was sick and couldn't make it so he booked a third appointment a week later. Which brings us to today, he was to show up at 10:00 am, at 10:30 we called and he apologized said he cancelled because it was suppose to rain, admitting he forgot to tell us. It's now 11:48 and it is still not raining in Morinville, perhaps it's raining in Edmonton but not here (and my husband has taken two days off work) We are very disappointed to say the least. Shawn now says he's pretty busy so we need to wait yet another week and a bit for our fourth apt which in total is over a month of waiting. We called Solara(Beachcomber) where we received his name from the service department a year ago and they say they don't use him. The store manager and service department actually say they don't even know him or his company. There has been some turnaround in staff and they have their own travelling repair service.
