And since I come…read moreso often they already know me by name, The waiting room is large and has many comfortable chairs accommodating all sizes of people or for those who are in a lot of pain and need the extra space for adjusting. The restrooms have always been clean and tidy. The doctors and Nurse Practitioners are professional. They work hard to get the insurance approvals and other Physican referrals submitted on my behalf. Angel never stop working until she resolves any obstacle that may arrive. I recently had a cervical steroid injection and Dr Mohamed did an exceptional job that am doing so much better. My pain level in my neck is lower than it's ever been. So if you have pain that needs receiving, this is the place to come be!

I recently had a Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) Trial device implanted for chronic pain. I was told…read moreby the staff at the Surgery Clinic that I would only be responsible for a $100 copay after they received pre-authorization from my insurance. The day of the procedure, I was again told that $100 was all I was responsible for. Then I receive a statement showing I owe $2347.20. When I questioned it, I was told that was my copay for the devide. I should have been told that the copay for the device was seperate than the $100 copay. If I had known about this, I would have cancelled the procedure, because it was a trial and didn't help with my chronic pain. I was misled by the staff at the Surgical Center and now I am responsible for this.
