Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

I've been trying for 3 months to get a plumber out to the house to install a water line for my new…read morefridge. I got a hold of Witts as the new fridge was less than a week away from delivery. While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) Even though I did t use them for the new hot water heater project, I would still totally recommend them as they were able to get to the water line job quickly and I appreciate him giving me a heads up about the hot water heater.

This year we had an issue with our septic that turned out to be a nightmare and Eberl was so accommodating. What should have been a 2 day job turned into a month or so roller coaster due to issues created by the original plumber and the city. Every day there seemed to be a new issue. From the city pipes being higher that the septic pipes to there being a crack in the city pipe under our driveway. At every step Rick was helpful in letting me know everything that was going on and what they could do to solve the current problem. While all I was seeing was dollar signs he was finding solutions. She quoted just the cutting of the trees down to just shy of $4,000. That didn't include haul away costs. Because my family and I were very resourceful (we had our own chainsaws, were willing to do it ourselves if needed and had the offer of help from a neighbor), we decided to cut the trees down on our own and save the $4;000. We cut them down with ease and disposed of the trees at our own dump site. Fast forward to the day I'm posting this (June 16). We cut the trees down, but still have all of our stumps in the ground as we simply didn't have time to grind out all the stumps. I texted Brandy asking if she would quote us on just the stump removal, and she replied at first saying it would be a two-month wait. I replied saying I would still like a quote if possible and she replied: "Maybe you should have hired me to do it all when I has time. Quality counts." The rest of our text conversation unfortunately got more and more unprofessional as it went on from Brandy's end. She even claimed that she knew we went with another service and paid them, which is 100% false. Again, we cut the trees down ourselves. Unfortunately because we didn't buy the "full package" from her, it looks like she's willing to be unprofessional and make you feel guilty for not choosing her. Again, pick any other service in town if you can. Being respectful and tactful should matter and doing the opposite like this instance should also have ramifications.
