We purchased a property with an 80 year old pair of trees that had grown together and were in much need of safety care.
We were somewhat concerned about truck access but this was not a problem for them.
Shooting their ropes up into the "siamese" tree(s) was akin to watching a batman or spiderman movie. Watching them scale the tree like adept mountain climbers and swing from large branch to large branch strategically and with confidence was a thrill that made me think I had chosen the wrong career in my younger years.
The tree is on the property line. They were very respectful and caring of both our, and our neighbour's properties.
We were unsure of whether we wanted the mulch from the tree, appreciating the freedom to choose at the time of cutting for that extra service/product. We ended up taking the mulch for the extra and are very happy with that decision. It will make beautiful walking paths and garden coverage.
We also appreciated the option of removing (from our property) or keeping the larger branches that could not be mulched. We chose to keep them and were asked where we would like those larger "branches" (more like trunks) placed on our property.
It was absolutely thrilling to watch them work like aerial acrobats.
Pricing was extremely acceptable.
It will be wonderful to sleep, once again. without worrying about that tree.
