Communication timeliness was good. I was shown many photos of previous jobs and after seeing reviews decided to go with them. It was $250 for my back patio and one side of my house. As you can see from the photos, not much difference between the before and after. Also, lack of attention to detail as they sprayed around my fire pit and didn't bother to clean it off afterwards. When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. Precision Window and Cleaning washed my windows and cleaned all of the tracks on June 18. We agreed on a starting time of 9:30 AM and my doorbell was ringing at 9:31, right on time. They started right away removing the window screens and put them on the lawn for washing. They washed all the screens with soap and water and dried them very well. After all the exterior windows were washed completely they reinstalled the screens and got them all on the correct windows. The window interiors were cleaned at the same time as exterior making it easy to see water spots or streaks. They were very careful with furniture and wall art, making sure nothing was disturbed. The bottom line is; they were on time, they washed interior and exterior windows very well, the screens were all very clean, they were careful with all of my personal property (which I really appreciate), and they were very respectful, and I felt their fee was totally reasonable ($250) . I will use them again when my windows are dirty. Should be about four or five months. Give them a try, I believe you'll be very happy with them. read more

The team arrived a little later than originally scheduled. They had to do an ACE Hardware run in the middle of the work to replenish supplies. I am happy with the windows that they were able to clean well. I did not know I had hard water stains, so I did not specify that in my original quote. The guys did what they could, but I'll have to get a few of my windows redone for to the hard water stains. I was originally quoted one price over the phone, but after the work was "done," was charged a bit more due to "deep cleaning." I just wish that this extra charge was discussed and agreed to prior to the work being done. Thankfully, we were able to come to an agreement and moved on. Though Ryan stated that he's not in the business of "restoration," if I had known I had hard water stains to begin with, I would have stated that in the original quote request so that he could have better prepared his team. read more

After 6 1/2 hours (sb 3 hr job), we paid over 90% and told them to leave. 7 windows were still not washed because they didn't bring the right equipment ( even though Justin was previously informed), every screen was reinstalled incorrectly, AND they broke the mechanism on a window. read more

I am very glad to have my windows cleaned today by this company. They were cleaned about a month ago but painters power washed the house and ruined the windows. Precision Windows gave us a very reasonable quote and scheduled us in immediately. The whole team showed up (We have many many windows, I'm Ryan knows better than I do, some very high up there) and they finished them in a couple of hours. They cleaned them spotless. Really nice tech came out, and got an appointment within just a couple days. Pricing was as outlined on the phone. It looks like I don't have glass in my windows, they are so clean! The only downside was that I did pay to have the sliding doors / screens / tracks cleaned, and the gentleman forgot the tracks and screens on 2. But the glass sliding doors were great. He worked hard, so I just let it slide (hahaha!) - not a huge deal. Had I checked everything before he left, I would have asked him to get it, but not worth calling him back. I relied on previous 5-star reviews to select this company. At first, everything seemed OK: I had a video call with the owner to walk through each window in the house and the front yard area to be powerwashed. I could not be home on the day they were to come to do the job, but my fiancé was home. I told him the agreed-upon price of $500 for everything. The problems started pretty quick when the workers sent to do the job were complaining that the second story windows were "too high" (they are not), and then one of them SAT DOWN in our bedroom (in the middle of the pandemic) and gave my fiancé an unsolicited lecture about his racial and political views that nobody asked him to share (instead of working). The windows looked so bad that my fiancé told them it was unacceptable and asked to re-do them. I asked the owner, who was supposed to do the power washing job part, to hurry up getting there to manage his workers. He finally got there and assured me that everything was "great" and that none of the things that happened actually happened. They spent ALL day there because they just could not get their job done right. I thought this was over until I got back there and saw windows covered in streaks and smudges that require re-washing. The owner also, despite charging 150 for it nonetheless, told my fiancé that we only agreed on washing the house side and the small patio, not the entire front yard with steps that we agreed to. When I pointed this blatant overcharging to him, taking advantage of the fact that I was not there, the owner Ryan texted me back with "Excuse me?" "Why are you harassing me?," and similar remarks. Unacceptable. Just spent $500 on the job not done and for enduring bad attitude and stress. Will never use them again. Looking to hire another company to re-do this entire job. UPDATE: The owner's response simply proves my point of him taking advantage of the situation where I was not present during the work. But pictures do not lie. Here is the picture of the supposedly "washed" skylight with the cobwebs still on it I took when I got home. And here are the footprints of the workers inside the house. And the paint on he windows is still there, so not sure how it is relevant to this discussion. Here is what I need, in case it is not obvious: how about a refund for the skylight and front patio and steps that were included in the total but not done?
