The staff is incredibly helpful and polite and I trust that they have my child's best interest in mind. They are a very active school and they keep the children engaged throughout the day. Their playground is wonderfully maintained with great toys, equipment and an expansive yard. The classrooms are clean and well organized. Sometimes pictures are taken of the kids completing their projects so that we parents can see them in action. Parents are kept in the loop with calendars and daily progress reports that detail the activities of the each day. We moved to NC 3 years ago and had to find child care very quickly. Since my son had never been in a daycare before I was very concerned. I watched him to see his reaction to each daycare and Childtime was the only one that he was immediately drawn to.

She cries when something is wrong and once you fix it she's a very happy baby but instead of picking her up to see if she had wet her diaper before 2 hours was up they would pat her and leave her in that crib. Then an hour before she was picked up they ran out of milk but didn't call to tell mom or dad they just let her cry! Dad arrived to pick her up and when he asked why they let her cry in the crib like that they said they were trying to let her self soothe. Babies at 7 weeks cannot self-soothe! It is not appropriate until 3-4 months at the earliest. Obviously the staff are not educated on caring for an infant!!! Imagine what it would do to an infant to lie in one spot and see nothing but a white ceiling for 8 hours a day except for the few minutes it takes to change it's diaper or get a bottle. With no stimulation the babies brain would be under developed at a crucial most important time of its life! Not only that it cost 290.00 for that one day of torture! I'm LIVID!

No matter who is working or which classroom she's in, she is always greeted with a big smile and so much warmth. They make her feel special and truly loved every single day. The communication is excellent--I always feel comfortable calling or texting if I need anything, and I know she is in the best hands.
