It is taking more than 4 months to get my CPAP machine. My doctor ordered it last year. And despite jumping through all of their hoops, including two separate sleep studies. I still don't have my machine. Repeated calls to them on their painfully slow call system have not helped. My machine is "in process" with no information on when I will actually get it. Their customer service could use some classes but the business itself is a pain to work with. I have had curt agent some almost to the point of being rude, some don't seem to know the day of the week. Hopefully the new company with be better but not holding my breath. read more
