I asked why she didn't offer me the better rate to begin with. She gave some BS excuse. So i said all you care about is your commissions instead of giving me the best rates. So i had enough and i canceled my policies and fired them. Went with a better company that saved me 45% from what these thieves were trying to charge. So they lost a loyal customer who gave them multiple referrals throughout the years. Which they never even acknowledged once. Save you your money go with someone else.
