The tint looks great so far it's the 2nd day, they answered fairly quickly and could do the tint job the next day. A bit odd they said to come back in 2 hours but took about 4 hrs total, but I get it stuff happens and they might have gotten busy. The price was about average in the area for ceramic tint. The only issue I had was when I went to pick up my vehicle I found a plastic trim piece in the passenger side, I called and a women answered and said it was a spacer they used during install. I went online and looked up the part and found it was apart of the window sealer, I went the next day in person to see if they could fix it, and the women in the front said again oh no it's a spacer they used during install thank your for bringing it back, but I told her I don't believe so it's apart of the window trim. And she quickly dismissed me saying no it's not. And I tried to tell her I don't think so, and another worker came by and she asked him to check, the guy went out came back about 1-2 minutes later and said it was and he put it back in. And that I was good to go. The lady didn't apologize or say anything. So that was the only issue I had. they do great work, and it could've been an honest mistake but not sure why the women would be so dismissive instead of asking a worker to check it out first. read more

My husband had taken our 2014 Toyota Corolla there for window tinting a couple years ago and they did a great job. Now, I don't know if prices have gone up since then or because of Covid, but I got way less work done to my 2014 Nissan Rogue this past weekend and I was charged $420 versus the $370-something that my husband paid for previously. The quality of work is very good, so I do recommend anyone going to this business. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because I felt as if my decision making process was rushed by the people in the front office, in particularly, a young woman who works at the front desk. I spoke to her over the phone about a week prior to my appointment and it seemed as if she was a little overwhelmed as she was the only one answering the phones. Then, I came in to the office about 2 or 3 days later during my lunch break to go over tinting options with her and to get a quote, and again, she seemed overwhelmed like she couldn't really help me with her other job tasks. Another gentleman ended up helping me and he seemed a little more patient as a salesperson. I dropped off my car on Saturday morning for my 10:30 appointment and they said my car would be ready about 1 o'clock. I said there was no rush and they could take their time; however, I didn't get a call until about 3:30. Ok, my bad for saying "take your time," but I had to depend on Lyft drivers to pick me up and to take me home in West Lancaster, which is about a $25 ride there and back. Also, when I was inspecting the car and what a good job they did, I opened the backseat to see that my car was left in disarray. I know that they probably had to put the tint, or the film, they use on both the inside and the outside of the car, but they didn't put my car back to the way it looked. read more

Took my vehicle at Preferred Window Tinting in Lancaster CA. I asked for dark tint in the front and that didn't happen. If you're going to take your vehicle here, take your time to look over your vehicle because you could be missing trim pieces before you leave. The work quality is not good, they sprayed soapy water everywhere and did not clean it after they were done. The worst part is finding a broken blade next to my niece car seat. I can tolerate the other issues I listed above but the broken piece of blade is a no go for me. If the business stated they are doing a final quality checked before you leave, then they should have never missed that. I'm glad I looked and complained. They want me to go there so they can assess the vehicle, then what? A sincere apology would have been all it took to made it right but that's not the case. read more

I got my car tinted here a few months back when I just purchased my new suv. (I wasn't able to log in my yelp until now therefore I'm posting a late review!) One thing I noticed 3 days after the tint installation was my trunks ceiling that was scratched and there was black marks left! (My trunk opens up) Mind you, I hadn't put anything in my trunk yet because I knew I wanted to get all my windows tinted and didn't want anything in the way for the workers. I was super upset about my new car getting scratched but I did not have time to go complain or call due to just having a newborn a month ago and being so busy. I had took 2 days off just to get my car and windows tinted and after that I've been super busy! I would definitely recommend you take pictures and a detailed video of your whole car before going here to get your windows tinted just Incase you notice something that wasn't there before dropping your car off!! read more

I have decided to only give you guys a four-star instead of a five star because the employee, the lady. The lady working here is awful, her attitude is not a very warming. Actually, it's pretty cold. I asked a few questions and she seemed like she was stressed out or annoyed. I have no idea what to say. Honestly no exception you should not be working here if you have an attitude. I love the service. I love the guys working here. They were very from me. One of them actually came out and greeted me and it was actually a pretty great experience with the other employees other than this lady. I really hope she changes I might be recommending this place but I'm very hesitant to because of this one lady. I really hope she's not the owner or manager. She seem very entitled like if business is booming and she doesn't care if there's business, or there isn't any other new customers. This is this is a thing businesses sometimes don't give a F about new customers because they think they are the in SH but senior leader customers stop coming in the word gets around. There are few times that A business far exceeds my expectation; Preferred Window Tinting has. I called late in the week and set my appointment to have the old film removed and new film put on our daughters car we had recently purchased for her. Who know who or when the old film was applied but it was horrible you couldn't even tell what kind of vehicle was behind you from the warping. It was unsafe and needed to come off. The persons at the shop were friendly and quoted me a good price for the service. I showed up at my appointed time and picked the tint and was going to add tint to the front windows only to find that was included!!! I was surprised and very happy. I got a call that afternoon it was done and again was met with the friendly staff. When checking out to my surprise it was less than quoted!!
