There was a merger or acquisition, and ever since, it's been a nightmare. The communication that…read morethe address changed was not obvious especially since it was in the same street. Because I do not rely on gps to go places I already know how to navigate, I went o the wrong location. Then it was pointed out that the reminder had the correct address on it. Which I wouldn't be able to tell was a change since it was in the same street. Then I saw a different doctor than I normally see and she was terribly unfriendly. Then I was penalized for not filling out the form correctly to do shots at home. I've been having my paramedic husband give me the shots for close to 10 years at home. They changed the way things were done and because I didn't fill out the form the way they wanted, they said I have to come in for 10 straight weeks during 8:30-5 for my shot before I can do them at home. I was told my record was "all over the place" Though in the past I was not required to keep a record of the shots on their form. I could track it my way on my phone. Communication on changes had been terrible and no one had been friendly or helpful. I am too busy to come to a doc for 10 weeks as I have my own work and three small kids, which is why I've been doing them at home with my paramedic husband who saves lives every hour of every day. Don't change things without communicating it effectively and then blame me for doing it wrong.

Fantastic experience, can't recommend highly enough from my allergy test last week. The woman at…read morethe front desk was kind and helpful. The nurse that worked with me before visiting with the allergist was very sweet and very helpful. Dr. Phil Rancitelli was extremely kind, professional, and took care to explain my allergies and treatment. I've never left a medical office feeling like I was truly cared about so much before. I was tested for allergies and felt a little nauseous, and the nurse was so sweet in helping me lay down and getting me water. Phil was very sympathetic and extremely professional. Every person I came into contact with was friendly and professional. Cant say enough good things.

After being in the ER until 2a, I was exhausted. So, I didn't hear my phone ring at 9a the next…read moreday. I missed the call from my awesomely concerned family doctor who had already reviewed my ER records despite the fact that it was a holiday and she was supposed to be relaxing. She wanted to have me come in for a follow-up exam. Since I didn't recognize the number and my voicemail box was jammed full, I didn't know I was supposed to go in. But on Thanksgiving, in the evening, when I relapsed into that toxic pain and shaking, my family called Dr. Rentel. She was there, and she had advice. She got me through the night and saw me first thing Monday. This is the most compassionate doctor. I love her to pieces. She has her patients' best interest in mind. She really cares about your health. And she's funny and easy to talk to. I have high praise for Dr. Rentel. If you're looking for a new family doctor, definitely try to get in with her. It will be tough. Since she's so amazing, she's always booked full. But if you happen to call the office when they're taking new patients, you musn't undervalue the opportunity. Jump on it! Dr. Rentel is the best.

After spending a couple weeks not feeling like I could breath so well, and getting kind of nervous…read moreabout it, I went to the ER desperate for relief in the middle of the night. They sent me away with anxiety meds. Needless to say, I didn't take them and went to see Dr. Rentel the following Monday. By chance, I was assigned to her when I was a student at OSU in the student health department. She asked me if I had allergies, to which I replied NO. She took a good look at me and said, "Yes you do." She gave me oral steroids and within 24 hours my breathing issues were totally resolved. Turns out, I have a severe grass pollen allergy that developed as an adult and procudes asthma. I'm now taking allergy shots to help build a tolerance to my allergies and symptoms. I wasn't crazy afterall!

Review for Premier Allergy & Asthma (Delaware, OH Office)…read more I began allergy shots for cat and pollen allergies at Premier Allergy's Delaware, OH office in August 2024. In spring 2025, a new policy mandated a 20-minute post-shot wait time, which wasn't part of my initial agreement and would have deterred me from starting this costly, elective treatment. When I voiced concerns, staff directed me to email a provided address to dispute the policy, but I received no response. A nurse suggested there were likely no consequences for leaving early, so I did so for four visits without any warning or communication from staff. On July 23, 2025, I was suddenly informed (without prior notice) that if I left early that day, I'd need to find a new provider. Due to a work commitment, I couldn't stay and was sent a transfer of care form. I scheduled with Ohio ENT for August 1, and they sent the request to transfer to Premier that day. I called weekly to see if my vials had been transferred and had no success. Despite multiple follow-ups, on August 19, Premier Allergy called to inform me that my vials had expired and were contacting my insurance to get the cost for refill. As of august 23 I've heard absolutely nothing further delaying my treatment to now a month. The lack of communication, abrupt policy enforcement, and failure to promptly address the transfer of care despite follow-ups reflect incredibly poor customer service. I strongly suggest NOT using Premier Allergy & Asthma and recommend choosing Ohio ENT or another allergist instead.

I wish all doctors' offices were as good as this practice…read more My son has a dust mite allergy. We did not get him diagnosed until he was almost 8 years old. Where are dust mites? EVERYWHERE!! Super challenging. He recommended about 2 years of weekly shots. Having to go once a week and stay for at least a half hour is a tough. This office makes it as easy as it possibly could be considering all factors. The hours are pretty convenient. I have even had them take me when I am a few minutes late or came at the wrong time by accident. I always feel like they listen to all their patients and in this case, their parents would definitely recommend this practice!

My primary physician noticed a swelling on my neck and sent me for an ultrasound. It was suggested…read morethat I be evaluated further and I was referred to Dr Evan Tobin. Dr Tobin was well worth the wait. I immediately felt at ease. He could see behind my facade and answer the questions I wasn't asking, fully and in terms that I could understand. He was still waiting for my ultrasound results which hadn't been sent over before my appointment and he told me he would get them, study them and give me his recommendations. He followed up promptly the next day. I didn't answer the phone because I thought it was another one of "buy my house" calls. I certainly did not expect a return call that quickly. Dr Tobin left a short message and followed up with an email which explained fully his thoughts. In some ways the email was good because I could refer to it. You know your mind kind of goes blank when taking in medical information. I was very pleased with the care Dr Tobin gave me. I highly recommend him. Furthermore the entire office is one of efficiency and competence. I brought a big book preparing to wait in both the outer and inner office. Nope...there he was. And when Dr Tobin was in the room, I didn't feel rushed. I felt like I was his sole focus. I wish I could remember the names of his nurses. They also deserve a shout out for their competence and friendliness. You are always nervous seeing a new doctor. I felt cared for. This is a well run operation. The only fault is the check in guy is a BIG Bengals fan. And I am from Pittsburgh, Steelers! He needs to swap out those colors:)
