I will start with the issues we had with the company, then go over the good things, as I feel the company should be reviewed on all aspects. Cons: Terrible communication between staff and outside companies. For example, I was told that this would be a one to two-day project. It took weeks to complete. I was first told that they would be able to install my vent. I made sure I specified to Karen that the vent would need to go out the roof and was quoted a price. Well, when Rick and Ryan (I believe I have their names correct). I was told they cannot do that (the cost was removed, but now I have to get another contractor to do the work they agreed to do. Next, one of my cabinets was ordered in the incorrect size. So they ordered it again (another 2-3 weeks of waiting, then the second cabinet came in, and it was the wrong size. According to Rick, Karen ordered it wrong again. Then another 2-3 weeks of waiting to get the right cabinet. Now, to move on to the countertops. First, the person arrived without the sink cut out, so I sent the link to my sink to Karen, and was told it would be cut and installed by the countertop company. Next, they told me they do not mount sinks; they only cut them out of the counters. So I called Karen, who told me it was their fault. Next, they came back the next day, cut the countertop, and mounted my sink. They ordered the wrong size, and the counter was too long, which they had to cut and fix when they came back a second time. Karen also told me that it was their fault. No, it was your fault, as I did not hire the countertop company; I hired your company. Finally, we come to the finish, which I had my contractor do because I was done dealing with them. I asked them to come to do the finishing work, which they did. However, I received a call from Karen shortly after they dropped off the cabinets, requesting payment. It was funny that they took so much time getting my cabinets installed and with limited communication on what was going on, but come pay time, it's pay up now. Then, finally, I go to pay. I walk in with cash in hand, ready to get this nightmare over with. I was given the final cost with no offer to make up for the issues they caused (which I may not have accepted, but I would have been nice to have the offer), but I was 80 cents short. By mistake, I didn't see the 80 cents. I was short 100.00 dollars. They covered the .80 cents, which I was happy about. That was for the weeks of trouble and everything that had gone wrong. Each person I spoke with in the company seemed to blame the other. The only apology I received was from Karen for ordering the wrong cabinet, and she said Sorry, we are experiencing some growing pains. Well, let me apologize for giving your company my business. Now that was the bad for the good. The cabinets look amazing. The contractors did a great job installing them. I'm thrilled to be finally done. However, I will never go through this company or recommend them to anyone.
