I'll start with the positives: The car service was on time, the car was clean, and the driver was a safe driver. However, the website was very misleading. I booked a SUV for my boss and I on a business trip. Per the website, I was expecting the black SUV with black leather interior and our driver to be dressed professionally. What I got was a tan SUV with tan cloth interior and a driver wearing a bomber jacket with dog hair on it. And as I was waiting in the car while my boss was in a meeting the driver was taking calls to schedule trips, extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this service if you are using it for professional purposes, however, if it's a more casual trip then it would be fine. read more

Thanks so much to the 'System Administrator' who took it upon him or herself to CANCEL my reservation without any warning or even a phone call to advise me, leaving my family - two adults, one toddler, and a ton of luggage - to scramble to find an alternative ON CHRISTMAS. That cab without any windshield washer fluid was an awesome alternative, and the driver got a stellar tip since it was $20 less than your car service would have been. Thanks so much to the company, which kept me on hold when I called from the airport to figure out why my reservation had been cancelled, only to force me to leave a message, but whose voicemail was full ON CHRISTMAS. Reserved car service to pick us up at the airport. We waited for 30 minutes and the car never showed up. We eventually took a cab. We will never be using them again. 12/29/16 update: the company said they were there to pick us up but we're unable to reach us by phone. I have no record of them calling, no voice messages, and the text messages I received were sent 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I understand that there may have been a delay in the text messages being sent. I did try calling the number provided on my reservation and was directed to an automated system without an option for leaving a message to let them know we were waiting at the airport. I would suggest they provide the driver's number so you can reach them directly in these situations. This would have likely mitigated the issue. With that being said, the company retaliated against me because of my review by submitting my work cell number to a tax relief website. I am now receiving a number of calls from various companies. Not only is this in poor taste, it's a clear example of the company's lack of professionalism. Should you decide to use this company and receive poor service, I would caution you against providing negative feedback. Update: after speaking to the company about the issue, they assured me that the issue would be addressed. We did use the car service for our trip to the airport and received great service from that driver. I have updated my rating to reflect my recent conversation. Hopefully, this is one bad apple in the bunch and is not an overall reflection of the company. read more

I generally use a different car service but I thought I would try this because they had a $20 airport transfer deal on Living Social. I will be going back to my other car service. They were not on time - I called about 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there and they said "oh sorry, we didn't have your correct address or phone number". I gave them the correct info and the driver showed up about 10 minutes later. The SUV was dirty - had mud/dirt all over the outside of it. Inside was vacuumed but in poor repair. My seatbelt latch was broken and he didn't even bother to tell me until I said something and he was like "oh yeah that happened last night". The drive was fine, but these other problems were not good and I would not recommend them to others. read more

We had an airport pickup scheduled for 11:15. We called at 11:20 after the car had not showed up and we got an automated message saying we were calling outside business hours. There was no emergency number to contact. Mind you that this was a Friday and not a Sunday evening so how we were calling outside business hours I have no idea. We called again at 11:30 and still didn't get an answer so we left a voicemail and ended up driving ourselves to the airport. I would not recommend this company after our experience especially given how timing at the airport is crucial and we nearly missed our flight. read more

Needed an early morning ride to the airport, 4:15 AM. Received a confirmation 24 hours in advance but on the morning of the appointment they were a no show. The only phone number they provided was an answering machine. Arranged alternate transportation by 4:35. Never received so much as an apology or excuse. I do not reccomend this service. read more

I have used this service several times without incident as well as my parents and brother. I reserved the service to take my parent's to the airport and pick them up. They did take them without incident. However no one showed to pick them up when they arrived on Saturday night. I even called a real human answered the phone and he said he would find out where the driver was and call them. I said please call me back as well. No call to either my parent's or myself. I continued to try to call multiple times and now all I got was a beep that sounded like it was a fax machine. Then the next day when I tried to call to complain the mailbox was full. I finally called today and left a message. No way would I use these people ever again. They left my 81 year old parents in the airport read more

I just discovered this is the same company as another service I took! my girlfriend has used both before....whoever handles the reservations needs to be more professional, sending winks to clients in messages is not appropriate! no confirmation numbers. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would. I reserved them got a confirmation email from them and a recite for the base charge. On the morning of my honeymoon they were a no show. I called but I am sure because it was a 330 am pick up no one was available to answer the phone.My neighbor had scheduled for them to pick them up for a trip they were taking 3 days later. well they showed for them. I had told my neighbor to use them before that morning use them because they were meeting us 3 days later and he showed for them.My neighbor said something to the driver about them standing us up and came with some excuse about how I didn't have a real reservation. My neighbor informed the driver that if he went to my front door it was taped to it just for that reason. I left 3 messages that morning never ever heard from them. And I have sent them a copy of there email and the copy of the 24 hour notice they send out a day before. still no reply. Don't trust this car service. We had to drive ourselves to the airport. I hate to say bad things about a business and would like to say this is a service worth using but i cannot. I booked a car to pick up my son to deliver him from his apartment to the airport. Sounds simple but for this company apparently not. I used their website to book online, put in my credit card info and received a confirmation email as if all was set! The morning of the pick up, the car never showed up, I called them multiple times but since it was to be an early pick up the office was not open, I tried the chat feature, it was also closed so to make sure my son got to the airport to not miss his flight, I did a mad scramble to get him a taxi. Laclede Cab saved the entire situation for $3 more than this would have cost with no headache. I would NEVER recommend this company if you actually want to get to the airport, and I STILL have not gotten through to them by phone. Update- finally got through to them via chat site to let them know I was going to just reverse charges through my credit card, got a message back that my booking was cancelled yesterday (I didnt cancel it) so there you go..still wont use them again. read more

I talked to Seth and provided him the card info for $190 to pick up my 88-year-old uncle and his companion from the airport and take them to Fort Leonard Wood. They did not pick them up! After trying to contact them several times, only to get the voice mail, three hours later, we had to pay $300 for them to take a taxi! Whatever you do, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I found out they are also doing business as Private Sedan, Inc., in St. Louis. When I called and complained about the service and asked if they were dba Private Sedan Inc., in St. Louis, the rep told me they were. When I said I was going to report them regarding Premier Car Service and Private Sedan, Inc., I was told that it only takes ten minutes to change a name! What does that tell you? Don't trust the 4 and 5 star reviews listed! There are reviews here that talk about Seth! I even found a positive review posted by Seth! Well, Seth is the person that took the reservation for my uncle! It appears, to me, that Premier Car Service may be writing their own great reviews! DO NOT TRUST THE 5 and 4 star reviews! I am going to write to the BBB, Attorney General, and MO Congressman and Senator about this company! DON'T GET STRANDED LIKE MY UNCLE! I told them when I made the reservation that he was an elderly guy and the whole reason for using them was they would pick him up directly from the airport and take him directly to the hotel at a reasonable price! BOY, WAS I WRONG! They cared not that he was elderly! BEWARE! THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT! We did get a reversal on the credit card, but the experience was HORRIBLE! read more
