They are not faithful about their arrival time, they are known for changing quotes on estimates under the eyes of homeowners as well as insurance adjusters i.e changing water estimates to show mold damage to increase the total costs. I even myself witnessed them bringing de humidifiers and air movers into different locations in the office and warehouse to re create images for files when techs failed to take those before those documents had been submitted, or in most cases just to increase the estimate total Management is been on record saying nasty things in regards to customers, adjusters & working employees. I would definitely refer you to use another location in the area. This place honestly needs an audit done by ServPro corp or just a legal team in general.
