As promised, you were very prompt, caring, and professional helping with transporting our grandmother from Atlanta to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for the burial service. Getting my grandmother transported to Alabama for the burial services was very important. This transportation had to be done in less than 24hrs from the Funeral time. My family was very pleased that she arrived almost 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time. This was a great relief for everybody. Premier Creations provided excellent service on short notice and dealing with our family, we had very little time to work with and they exceeded the expectation. As this was my first time having to handle this type of transportation for a deceased loved one, dealing with Ray and Ruthie was extremely delightful. I have never had to deal with a loved one being cremated or having to make arrangements at the time of death, I had made a call to another place, it was prior to 9am and at 9:20am called them back because they did not return my call upon opening, I just didn't get a great feeling and told them I would have to get back in touch with them, I called Premier Crematory, LLc and Mrs. Ruthie answered the phone and she was just the calm I needed for the storm we had just went thru. she told me exactly what to say to the hospital and exactly what would happen and she was correct.
