I decided to go with Premier because of quality of work. If you're looking to remodel, just know, it is a process and planning can never happen too soon. We went over every single detail so that nothing was missed. I love how attentive Kym was in making sure he knew me and my cooking habits and also how my family functions in the kitchen in order to plan out the most ideal kitchen so there's space for everyone. He listened to me on my concerns on how pricey I know cabinets could be. They have a lot of cabinet choices to choose from in different price ranges and we were able to come up with a very nice Showplace cabinet we both thought would look the best for my kitchen. I'm obsessed! My darker walnut tawny cabinets look amazing with my lighter quartz countertops. I also want to mention how incredibly skilled the workers were, polite and clean. Kent who is the contractor was great with communication in letting me know ahead of time exactly when the workers were scheduled to show up. The project took about 3 weeks to complete and I did have to wait about 3 months before they could even start but I guess that is to be expected because these guys are busy. So if one day you're thinking "I want to redo my kitchen and Im wanting it done next month".... that's not the kind of work these guys do. I'm so glad I went with these guys and the quality is top notch! I will definitely use them again if I decide to do my master bath next! Premier just finished our master bath remodel and we are delighted! They met every commitment they made, the communication was excellent (and that's rare for a remodel project) and the quality can't be beat. We were out of town for the entire project, and there was absolutely no drama. When we returned, the bath looked beautiful and nothing left undone. We cannot say enough good things about this company and it's entire team of professionals. From Aimee our kitchen designer, to Martin the installation manager, and Kent the company project manager. The entire team were perfectionist down to the smallest detail. Another thing we loved was the fact that they do not start the project until everything ordered is in their warehouse and ready to install. They offer a large selection of the finest in custom cabinetry, and, flooring. This is a custom company and not one of the ready made cabinet sellers. The poor workmanship really showed after a few years. The first irritating issue was the new dishwasher was not balanced from the beginning, and the top tray would roll out. I asked Premier to take a look at it within 3 months of their work, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. That is never a good sign. I called a repairman instead, and he told me (1) they used the trim holes as mounting holes (2) the feet were never extended, and therefore, it was just hanging from the top which caused the dishwasher to rip out of it's mounting holes. The second issue was mold started forming under the tub deck. I contacted a repairman and he told me Premier installed the tile directly on top of plywood and did not install a concrete board barrier to prevent water intrusion and mold. The entire tub needs to be reworked now. There are a host of other reasons their work was both expensive and poor - they added a number of items we did not request, like wall mounted make-up mirrors. A couple of the toilet paper holders were installed with one screw instead of two and they ripped out after a couple of years. The communication was awful; our countertop choice was no longer available and we ended up with something completely different than we picked out. read more

IT TOOK OVER 5 MONTHS FOR THEM TO COMPLETE JOB. The designer, Kym, was very deceptive and so was the owner. I wish we hadn't gone through all of the heartache with them. read more

So, we normally don't post reviews, but this is one that needs to be done. We looked at a couple of different kitchen design companies and decided to choose Premier (WOW did we get fooled). When the first proposal came in they had a pocket door replacement along with a laundry room to garage door replacement and the cabinets over the washer and dryer were an odd depth. We advised that we did not want the pocket door replaced, and would replace the other door ourselves. We also state the cabinets should be normal depth of 12 inches. In looking up pricing for just some of this it was in the range of $2500.00 - 6000.00 dollar range. Next proposal came with no reduction on the items we stated to remove and the cost had gone up by another $1000.00 with no mention of removing the the pocket door, door to the garage or the new dimensions for the cabinet depth. Next proposal was really interesting as it went up by over $11,000.00 with no explanation as to why. Contacted our designer and she came back with an email that she made a math error and had included not only door molding in oak but also door which according to her email adding numerous thousands to the pricing. She was going to send new information to us (it never came). The final proposal came in with more than $6000.00 added to the final cost, again with no explanation When we question that she came back with the most bizarre reasons for the increase and they are as follows: 1. The possible drain clog solution has been removed from this proposal.  This will be evaluated and determined on site if and what may be necessary. Until they see it, there is now way to determine what the issue is. 2. The Laundry Room Pantry cabinets are now back to 29" wide.  The wall isn't a full 60"wide. 30" cabinets have been reduced to 29". We can go back to 27" wide cabinets, but it does not maximize the storage.(Still no explanation nor reduction of the items we requested to have removed from the proposal). 3. The popcorn ceiling is now being removed, this we left off the previous proposal. (This is hilarious as it was in the original proposal and it would have to be removed regardless since new electrical would need to be put in ceiling). 4. The exterior slub block work on the exterior and soffit electrical work is more extensive. (So now she is changing the exterior work and soffit work after she had the proposal done). Nice 5. Upgrading the sink window from a sliding window to a casement with interior blinds. (This might have increased the overall cost by maybe $150.00) 6. Cabinet re-design moving the microwave. (How can a cabinet re-design take place when we had not signed anything that stated where we wanted the microwave). 7. The countertop layout does not include the peninsula. Pricing has been verified and updated. (This is the only reduction that she did on the whole proposal that we pointed out was incorrect). 8. Confirming 28 SF of specialty glass for the upper designated cabinets is correct. (This might be correct since we were not aware they were using SF rather than how many panes would be needed for 4 cabinets). They raised the price throughout the entire process and in the end it was more than $20,000.00 than originally told to us. We feel Phoenix needs to know just what kind of place this is. We belong to numerous large Arts groups (Phoenix Museum, Phoenix Botanical Gardens, Arizona Ballet, Phoenix Theatre, just to name a few) and word of mouth does more to help or hinder a business, just beware of this one. read more

I just had my kitchen remodeled , it went from old and boring to amazing. I worked with Kym the designer, he drew up many plans, I picked the one I liked and he removed things and added to fit my budget, we met several times before starting this project to make sure it was perfect. Then the remodel crew came and started, the project manager Kent was easy to get ahold of if I had a question, and went over and above to make sure my remodel was done exactly the way I wanted it. This was a wonderful experience, all of their work staff are perfectionist and very polite and friendly. If you can't tell by this review, I am completely happy w/ this remodel and can't wait to have them do my master bathroom. read more

I had my first floor remodeled with this company a little over two years ago. Kym was my designer and he was AMAZING! He worked with my husband and I for a long time before the start of my project, in order for us to get our financing in place for the project. We originally saw a kitchen model in the showroom. Based on that, we had Kym come to our home and take measurements and see our space. When we had our first design meeting, Kym had already put everything we wanted into the design and things we didn't even know we wanted! The materials were all top notch, and the company worked with our budget to get the most beautiful cabinets I have EVER seen and make our space into just what we wanted. I still walk into my kitchen and can't believe I have such a beautiful space to work in. Kym, Greg and all their workers are such amazing professionals and we can't wait to have the next round to remodel our bathrooms and master bedroom. Have to wait for a while, still paying off the first remodel, but it was worth EVERY penny! read more

We had our master bathroom recently remodeled by Premier. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the final result. Kym our designer listened to our needs and made plans that were amazing! Kent our project manager was available 24/7 when we had questions or concerns, I always received a quick response. The cost was expensive but in the end it was worth it. Kym worked with us in bringing the cost down to meet our assigned budget. Of course with any remodel it takes time but we felt it was completed in a reasonable time span. I paid the deposit to begin the design of the kitchen area I wanted for my home. I met with a "designer" named Kym who was nice enough but failed to produce any plans that were either practical or pleasing to the eye. Actually, they were exceptionally poor designs which would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars in renovation costs (moving plumbing, etc) had I moved forward. I thought I had been taken by a company that puts out an image of professionalism, etc but just doesn't deliver. The non refundable deposit was like "throwing" 750 bucks right out of the window! They were also talking about more than 5 to 6 months to complete these horrendous plans! I ended up hiring another company and my house is unbelievably transformed. It was a hit totally outside of the ballpark and it is plainly put; a serious gem of a property with high end finishes, granite and appliances to boot. Wow! I am still (2 years later) amazed. It just dawned on me that i had not written a review to help others decide on hiring this company. Word to the wise should be sufficient. I'd look elsewhere. Did I mention that my project that I am so pleased with took 2.5 weeks to completion!!!! Unbelievable. There is no obtrusive center island with rerouted plumbing; rather, we knocked out a wall and opened the entire side of the home up to a grand area that boasts the most beautiful back splash and granite counter top plus beautifully stained cabinets that are simply put: breath taking. I wish there was some way that I could sue them to get my deposit money back but I guess this is one they get away with and Im out several hundred dollars just because "it's non refundable". I paid 40% and gave them 5 months lead time to completely remodel my only bathroom, which is 5' by 12'. Completion was to be in 2 1/2 weeks max. After initial demolition, work stopped for 7 work days. 2 days of work and then another stop. Completion after 5 1/2 weeks. Promised lock box was a rock next to the front door. Follow up took over one year. My bathroom is lovely, but not worth the money, time, inconvenience and anxiety over security. Go elsewhere. read more
