We used them for our wedding in April and got the bundle package of a DJ, photo booth, and…read morephotographer. We saved money doing it this way and it really is a great deal. The cons: You get what you pay for and the quality of many of our pictures were not as good as the ones taken by friends and family. I wasn't even looking in our big group photo with our dog and the whole bridal party and I wish Stephanie, our photographer would have been a bit more mindful. There were also some other images that the lighting seemed really over exposed. It was raining so I will say her options of staging were slightly limited. We had to complete a long form on the website stating which pictures we wanted, songs we wanted to hear, and anything we didn't want played. The form is user friendly but the site is slow and the process took a really long time. The pros: The music was amazing! I mean, we picked it most of it out but Caleb also did his own thing for cocktail hour and we got a ton of compliments on the music. He also kept the night flowing and everyone on track. And while we might not have gotten every picture we wanted, we still got quite a few priceless ones. Also the photo booth customization choices for pictures are another plus!

At the event, he served as the emcee, tuxedo and all, leading the event through all of the stages right on time. In addition to a great playlist of music, he also had a light show adding to the fun environment. We've since attended a couple other weddings and frankly the DJs at those didn't hold a candle to the professionalism and leadership that we experienced from Sound Impressions. We did not utilize the photo booth or the fog machine - add-ons that they have available.

Considering the fact that my handsome husband does not always like the top forty stations, it is amazing he ended up walking out of Matt Ryan's office telling me that we had to go with him. He was very friendly, very reasonably priced for a travel DJ, and had a great playlist. We booked immediately. Then when it came to the month before the wedding we spoke with one of Matt's DJ's (Alex) who would actually be at our event). First we were a bit skeptical because we knew we wanted a great DJ and were not sure how experienced he would be. But, we didn't say anything and watched Alex's communication to see if he would be a good fit. Let me just say it worked out great. Alex was easy to talk to, great to work with, and never once made the process more difficult then it needed to be. Alex was on time to the event (he may have been early but with how busy we were I couldn't tell you when exactly he got to our wedding venue), was laid back and went with the flow, and most importantly he had everyone dancing and having a great time.
