I'm writing this after reading a review a neighbor gave; they failed to mention Premier had to schedule around a drain tile install and a prefab shed delivery all going on at the same time. Some people don't realize what it involves taking down an existing 30yr old fence and installing a new one. Premier also installed temporary fencing on both sides, which they don't really have to do. They did everything in a timely manner, actually came back in 2 days instead of 3 to finish fence install. Posts have to set a few days to set btw. I also have to mention all these outside contractors are so behind in their work after the terrible spring, their trying to squeeze everybody in between to get the scheduled jobs done. Being a neighbor on the other side, I feel they did a great job! They were very accommodating and apologetic for any mess and inconvenience. I was home during the whole install. How do you give a company a 1 star rating when you didn't even hire them. I feel it's a shame when a person who probably doesn't have a clue to whats involved in a job like this, gives a bad and demeaning review to a good company. I would definitely recommend Premier fencing if and when I need my fence replaced. I know someone else that had Premier do their fence in Lancaster and was very pleased with the work and price. Was very uncalled for saying my neighbor probably got ripped off, when neighbor has no clue on the details. Hope other neighbor enjoys the new quality fencing they have now, constructed on site, not the cheap prefab sections. I know I'm enjoying mine. As for the bird feeder,FYI, the town discourages it because it draws rodents. read more

I have used them at 2 different houses and will be using them at a third. I have referred them to many of the people I know and they have always done a wonderful job. I have sent 6 people including my 2 fences and they have always done a great job. read more

I am very pleased with the end result of my new wood privacy fence. First off if you've never had a new fence installed it's a big deal. Much preparation for both the home owner (myself) and the fence company. I worked with Eric directly from the beginning. Excellent customer service skills. He never made a promise he could not keep and I asked a lot of him because I have a dog and both neighbor's on each side of me have dogs as well. This meant temporary fences after the posts were in. Not a problem. Eric came back to re-enforce the temp fence after my dog innocently chewed a portion allowing him to get out. I have not had any issues with professionalism and sorry to learn my neighbor felt he did. Timeliness had to do with the holiday and delays with another company doing another project in my yard. I feel I'm a pretty savvy consumer and know I did not overpay for what I received. I had other estimates as well. I love my new fence!! It is precise since they put it together as they go. It's not a pre-made fence you can buy at a big box store. This is custom made! Highly recommend them!! read more

Not a good business. Jeff and his crew did a sloppy job and refuses to return my calls. Paid a lot of money for a deck that I'm looking to replace three years later! Don't waste your money, you'll be in the same boat I am!!! read more
