No business to do, no additional needs, not buying any insurance... just stopped in to say hi. And they welcomed me as a friend, like always. Another client was just leaving, with a lot of laughs and warmth and smiles. That's how it is. Because that's who they are. They become a partner and friend. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else. And yet, their prices and premiums are still competitive, often lower than anywhere else for the same insurance. Better than anyone else has offered. Best of all, they are honest and once even told me how I could get better, less expensive coverage somewhere else for a personal project. Very "Miracle on 34th Street," right? I work for an insurance agency (Not Amfam, I promise) so I know this in's and out's it takes to run…read morean agency. I also know what a royal pain it is when rates go up when you didn't have an accident or have a clean driving record. I literally sound like a robot to customers who call in and complain about rate increases (as they should! Have you seen rates in Colorado? What the HAIL!?). Anyway, AmFam is totally different. More specifically, Robin's agency is different. My rates have stayed steady since I decided to go with them a couple years ago. Mind you, I have a TERRIBLE driving record! My husband's isn't much better. Honestly, the Good Neighbors won't even insure me and if they do, it's $500 A MONTH for ONE CAR! I have 3! At AmFam, my rate is a third of that for all 3 of my cars. Robin's office has done a suburb job of keeping me in the loop with my policies and answering all of my questions. When I need a policy change done, they do it right away and I'm able to get new insurance cards immediately using AmFam.com. I seriously sound like a spokeswoman for AmFam right now and I'm totally cool with that because of how great they have been to me. I always work with Robin, the Agent, which is totally unheard of. She actually just emailed me about my renewal a couple minutes ago. Today is Friday and it's almost 5 o'clock and she is with her team working. The guy I work for played golf all day (he's not a bad guy...he just really likes golf and Friday's). The dedication she has to her clients and to her staff is astonishing and it reflects in her work. There is a lot of care and detail that goes into running and agency and if you're looking for a dedicated agent, here's your woman. I have referred more people to her agency than I care to admit (please don't get me fired) but how could I not with such outstanding service AND price? If you're price shopping, try this office. If they can't save you money, still switch to this office because the service alone is worth it's weight in gold.
