Wellingborough sales office and Peterborough head office organised. Spent 2 weeks on a kitchen fitting, worktops were damaged and had to wait for replacements, but that was due to poor quality control, and took 3 days (not including the weekend) to replace. My kitchen is STILL not finished I am left with masking tape as door handles, a cupboard that grates on the draining board, and a sink that leaks. If I could put up photos I would! I have been in touch with customer service team and they have said somebody will get back to me to arrange a time for it to be finished off. This company will take your money months in advance, start a job and not finish it and will never give you a time as to when the job will be finished. Customer communication is disgusting and my only advise would be to stay well away. You will end up finishing your own kitchen (filling in gaps and making adjustments). One star is too much, this company needs to close, as they do not have the staff or the customer communication skills. And they as why I am shouting???? PLEASE don't trust this company. Regret the day I parted with any money to them, if only I could turn back the clock.. They took 6 months to finish a simple 4 day fit and didn't even have to take the old kitchen out! Customer service non-existant, survey incorrect and against building regs, drilled through water pipes, wonky plug sockets and re-plastered the same wall 4 times before they got it right. Still not happy with the finished kitchen but haven't got the energy to argue with them any longer. Just want to move on from my awful nightmare. And we paid them £2,500 for the installation the ultimate insult.. read more
