The guys on his crew are easy to talk to and very professional. I especially appreciate when the owner is there -- you can literally hear the job moving forward. He keeps things organized and makes sure everything is done the right way. During the siding project, a few unexpected issues came up that were caused by a previous contractor. Ryan's team handled every one of them without hesitation and fixed problems that weren't even theirs to fix. That level of integrity and workmanship is hard to find. After accepting the mistake and 43% increase in cost, they cut and dropped trees with no worries. Smashed ornamental outside art and decorative trees. Finally, they took one tree down without removing the branches. A tree branch punctured my main water line to our home. After 3 times of trying to fix what was a plumbing issue that he couldn't fix, we had to call an emergency plumber on Memorial Day to have them come from Atlanta to fix. The plumber fixed the problem. Eaton Tree Removal, Chris Eaton, has now avoided our calls and efforts to contact. Forcing me to file a small claim in court for the extra $1300.00+. Unprofessional and they lack the tools to do a good job.
