If I could give zero stars I would. Please beware of this company. He was hired by several…read moredifferent homeowners on my block. He charged some of us $400 dollars to replace 2 valves and charged others $280 for the same repair. He didn't even replace the entire valve, only the top part that was easy to replace. When confronted with why he charged some people more for the same work, he said "well they just got lucky". He also told us he guaranteed his work 100%, but when replacing the valves didn't solve the problem he did not offer to look into any other repair. We were fortunate to find an honest person who found the actual problem, made the repair for $60 and its fixed! I don't normally do reviews but in this instance, I don't want any other senior citizens to be taken advantage of.

Granted he and his family did apparently had COVID for a couple weeks there, but that doesn't account for the other six weeks he strung me along. Finally gave up on him and found an outfit that was much more interested in doing the job and working with me. The one job he did do for me was putting down some gravel as a temporary fix to my driveway situation. He charged me $420 for that (no joke on the price), which seems a little high, but I donno, maybe it's not. But like I said he never actually got to the main project with my garage. And the other outfit actually got the work on my garage done for about $600 less than Chris quoted me anyway. Not sure if I can recommend another outfit in the comments for this one, but look for my other reviews if you want to find out who ultimately got the job done for me.

'Do these guys even know what their doing'? every step forward with the job was the same situation, one step forward two steps back. Thankfully I have a background with this type of job and the procedure it takes to complete a quality outcome. Do to health issues I was not able to do the job my self, and luckily was onsite to provide daily guidance so things were done right. CONSUMER ALERT! This company shouldn't take on jobs like this due to the other obligations they have. They continuously had to leave early or call off to attend to other obligations. When they were on the job and weren't distracted by other things to do they did 'ok', it just wasint at the level of quality and experience they claimed. Thats where my assistance was necessary. EVERYDAY things needed to be addressed, they were agreed upon and fixed. Without my knowledge and actual physical help the job from day one would have turned out to be a disaster. They had to dig out the step they were doing multiple times because they didint do the previous step properly! There was an UPCHARGE of the pavers that the company charged, and did NOT disclose, they describe it as 'overhead', which should have been part of the installation which cost 7000. This UPCHARGE was nothing but a way to recuperate the discount they gave me in the hope I wouldn't catch it! Supplier charges .68c per brick & .61c bulk (pallet) My cost bulk for 4720 bricks bulk is $2879.20 which I should have and would have bought on my own. They were in and out in 8 hours (small house, ranch style). We asked them to make extra sure as many nails as possible were cleaned up - we have had crazy experience with nails everywhere after a roof replacement on other properties. The owner, Mike, took another round on the property himself. Insurance didn't cover this roof at all, and his price was manageable.
