I have not used PMT. I got verbally harassed by a PMT driver. He was yelling at me from his vehicle and making "WEE-OOH" ambulance noises with his mouth. He continued to do this for two stoplights. Not only should he not be harassing women PERIOD, but he's harassing women on the clock in his work vehicle. I'm sure PMT does not know about this man's behavior, but hopefully this information is enough to track down who the driver was so PMT can do something about him. PMT was hired to transport my mother to Sunday church service. A wheelchair van was ordered to pick her up at 8:30am from her apartment in Riverside (La Sierra area) to transport her to church in San Bernardino where her son was the Pastor and her attendance was to be a surprise Christmas gift to him from his church administrators to have his mother whose ailing health mostly keeps her at home in bed present at Sunday's Special Christmas Services that started at 9:30am. A secrets that been kept and going good until day of. As daughter & caregiver, I had Mom dressed and ready go 45mins early. In between the time waiting PMT dispatcher called to inform us they were sending van and would be transporting mom on a gurney! I can see just now after reading some these other reviews that they tell everyone that bull crap as smoking mirror knowing people wouldn't want to accept it, that so they have a excuse to be ridiculously late because a wheelchair van would had to be re-routed (probably because they're always overbooking)! Ordered a wheelchair van. Arrived on-time with a gurney van. Driver called for a second van. Arrived 35 minutes later. Gate wouldn't work. Now 45 minutes late with a 94 year old sitting out in the cold. Ended up loading my 94 him into the car ourselves. Asked driver to have the manager call me. Never heard from them. read more
