I was very happy with the attention to detail taken on every phase of construction. MC, the owner, was onsite every single day supervising his crew and subcontractors. He finished the project on time and on budget. He is definitely an expert on coastal area construction of elevated houses and made several prudent recommendations to improve the lot lay, drainage, and final product. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. Quality of construction is clearly superior to most others. I can honestly, without any reservation, give his company and his subcontractors my highest recommendation.
