Not only aRe they the most sly and spineless group of people I have ever done business with. But about 50 percent of their stuff works. I sold them a motorcycle I had just bought. I even have emails proving I had no idea there was something wrong with the bike I emailed the guy I got it from and he swears it was fine. It was out in front of their store for sale and they had it for almost three weeks. Then I call to sell them a jeep and apparently 3 weeks later there is something wrong with the bike. So what do they do. Accuse me of being a liar and then like the idiots they are they file a lawsuit that should go nowhwere. You're a pawn shop you had ample oppertunity to ride the bike before you bought it. You should have ridden it first because I'm sure it was fine when I sold it to you or it wouldn't have been in front of your store for sale. I have all the proof I need so I guess they just like to slander people, call them liars, and waste their time because the owner is a certified ignorant jerk. I have been a customer, both buying and selling, with Premier Pawn for several years. I have read the other Yelp reviews and I have to disagree. They have been more fair and honest with me and everyone I know. Several years ago I lost and item on loan and called the owner and explained the situation I was going through. The owner gave me 30 extra days to come and pick up my item with no interest. It was a family item that I didn't want to lose but had to get a loan on because I needed the money at that time. I really like all the people who work there. The same people have worked there since I have been going there and that has been almost 7 years. Try Reno or Carson and you will be back. I think its easy to write bad stuff, you don't have to face anyone. Great shop, great people. read more

ive never been to a store,pawn shop or any where that wants to attract customers to buy things and spend hard earned money when they will insult you, low ball you and charge new prices for beat up items . i went in there wondering about a trade i was interested in and got insulted by the older guy that is supposed to fix stuff and works in the warehouse. he said if i compare two air compressors i had no idea wtf i was talking about i had them plug one in and it had a cracked weld in a pressurized area! do not go here they will insult you at every turn and rip you off. (oh and he told me that an item wasnt priced like brand new hop on amazon or any other site and see for yourself) best rip off in town 5 stars for that category. read more
