AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! SO PROFESSIONAL!!! I called and was immediately offered an appointment. I also received updated texts as to when he was arriving and literally the owner Christopher showed up at my doorstep at the exact minute of my appointment!! He was very explanatory and reassuring as well as extremely thorough. He set up traps for my issue and was able to eliminate the critter immediately. Sometimes it takes time to catch these critters since they can be tricky but if it's there he'll get 'em! What I liked is that he is experienced having done this for years and in addition his company offers really affordable year round plans which entails inspections every 3 months that are basically preventative measures needed to keep my home safe from other pests that may come around. Five stars all around! We have an ant issue, particularly when it's warm outside. Last year we could see them getting into the house through the base boards and bathroom sinks. We bought several ant killing sprays, baits, you name it, and spend several occasions killing a trail of ants. Decided to give pest control a try. I called several places and got multiple quotes. I asked each of the places what their services entailed. Some places had good sales reps that almost had me convinced, but on follow up calls with other reps their services changed and when additional info was requested it never came. I fortunately came across Premier Pest Control. It was very easy to get in contact with them either by phone or yelp. Their prices were reasonable and services that are entailed were clearly explained. I received all info via email promptly. Chris came out as scheduled and listened to all my concerns. We walked around inside and outside for various places that they're getting in. He spent some time outside spraying around where ever there were ants. Chris mentioned we shouldn't buy any other ant killers any more and if we see any more to give him a call. It's been about a month now and we really haven't seen any ants. I started an account with Premier Pest Control back in 2017. I had them come out to my home every 3 months. Ever since their first arrival, I have not seen one ant in my home. The usual pests have been very minimal. They are very thorough with their work. The staff are very nice and professional. We had pictures of flying pests that we texted to Premier pest control. They identified the culprit and within a short period of time , they had sprayed the interior and exterior of the house. I visited my 85 year old Mother's House one day and noticed BUGS/ MOTHS flying around the pantry, she had a bag of Flour she couldn't reach that had become a meal ticket for those bugs, then as I walked out into the backyard I saw she had substantial DAMAGE to her patio cover caused both by TERMITES, as well as DRY ROT. Since I live out of town I was worried that this might be a complicated situation to take care of, so I immediately began calling PEST CONTROL businesses to get quotes. Well with this PANDEMIC SITUATION these companies have all been pretty busy as you might have guessed, and I was really pressed for time . Premiere Sent their best man out Christopher Waite, who assured me he would take care of my Moms house for me, and that it would be pretty easy! I had my doubts! Well I asked him if he could put a rush order on it as I don't live in town, which he did,. We had gotten about 5 quotes around town and Premier had the BEST DEAL for the RIGHT PRICE. Chris explained the PROCESS, gave us the BAGS for SEALING THE FOOD, and then he sent his guys out on the SCHEDULED DAY to REPAIR all the DAMAGE to the WOOD right away, which these guys did in about a HALF A DAY, AWESOME, the next day they TENTED the whole house QUICKLY, and SEALED IT, GASED IT, AND LOCKED IT! Three days later my Moms house had been RESTORED and FUMIGATED! Just as CHRISTOPHER WAITE had said EASY PEASY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PREMIERE PEST CONTROL. We always had ant problems every year coming into the home. When Chris 1st started to treat the home there were results right away but then noticed ants were still coming in. Once I called him to let him know, he immediately came within an hour to see what the problem was and took the time to explain what he was going to do. If it didn't work to call him back. One of the things that struck me was that this man genuinely cares about his business and customers. Knowing that he takes such professional pride in his work and reputation was incredibly comforting. I sent a request for quote on Yelp, around 6:30pm, to Premier Pest Control (PPC) and received a phone call within a couple minutes (he was out with his wife). He was incredibly accommodating and scheduled our appointment for the following morning. Which was perfect as we had ants invade our home after the rain over labor day weekend. I had requested quotes from several companies and have yet to hear back from them. Chris showed up at 8:00 and after he finished, he thoroughly explained the treatment and what to expect. I have not seen one ant since his visit and his guarantee of work for the next several months. There was NO pressure to get on a regular program, he did offer and explained the benefits of it, but as soon as I told him that I wasn't interested, he dropped it. Chris and Iggy are fantastic. I found PPC after I had ants coming from everywhere shortly after we moved into our home about 2 years ago. The ants were coming from a threshold between two different floor types and that's where I decided I needed to bring in professional help. Chris came out and assessed the issue. I also signed up for their quarterly service, which was quite possibly the best decision ever. They've helped with rats outside our property, spiders in our house, possible mice inside our house, and if we ever need it I'll be using him for termite services too. I love that with the quarterly service if I ever need something in between our usual service dates they're happy to come out and handle the pests. I also love that it's set up automatically and I can just set it and forget it. No need to call for quarterly service, they send an email and show up. The price can't be beat either! I have used this company in the past. Recently my neighbor informed me that she had a mice infestation, so to ensure I didn't have any mice migrating from my neighbor's house I called Premier Pest. Ignacio came and checked out all the bait traps and based on lack of any evidence of a mouse in the house, he did not feel good about charging me for another set up of bait traps, but assured me they'd come back if I saw anything.
