They always give you a report and before/after pictures after each service via email. Been with them for more than 2 years now, and always very happy with their service; lately they're probably having staffing shortages maybe? but hopefully it will be resolved. No disrespect to the new person, but I am not very happy with the thought of not having consistent Service to this huge investment that we just made...
