The driver was very responsive and professional but my estimate for a one way trip to the airport was $144. Other times I've paid $60 or $80 for car service trips from the same pickup location at that time of day. I found the price to be totally outrageous and declined. Full disclosure: it was a last minute request for a very early morning pickup the next day. By the other reviews this sounds like a very top of the line service, and perhaps my budget calls for something more middle of the road. If money is no object for you then this sounds like the way to go. read more

Deceptive service as a gift certificate was bought for a gift by our children expecting to be transported from point A to point B.. No reservation was made but the gift certificate amount ended up only covering the charges for the slowest day of the year.. We had a great experience with Premier. I inquired via email the day before we were to attend a concert at the Baltimore Arena, and got an answer back immediately. We booked a trip from Baltimore to our home in DC. The owner let us know that he would be our driver, and asked us for a pick up time; since you never know when a concert is going to end I asked him if he could be flexible on time and he said no problem. As we passed the pickup time I kept him updated via text and it was no problem. We found him outside the venue with very little problem, and he picked us up in an impeccable SUV and greeted us with chilled water, which was very welcome after the hot show. The ride was smooth and relaxed--we were so glad that we hadn't driven. I would highly recommend this car service!!! read more

Our travel plans changed the night before, then again the next morning due to flight delays. Robert was able to accommodate our shifting schedule with ease.
