I list all the groceries I just bought, it's hot, and I have no way to have air conditioning because I have an extension cord running to my electric pole now! I have grandkids that live with me, and w are suffering! No lights, no plug inside, no fridge to keep out food cold! My daughter is looking to buy a shed house, and I will not recommend these people! They are supposed to be wholesome Amish folks, but they have left us to suffer! Karamas a bitch, and I won't be paying any more payments until this is fixed! Do not hire this company! Dealing with them has been my families worst nightmare. We hired them to…read morere-build the old staircase in our home. That was almost 2 months ago. We have been left with a giant hole upstairs without a railing. So a cliff for our dogs and child to walk around. No temporary railing. No safety precautions. The staircase is usable (thanks to my husband's handyman skills). We had to order the stair treads ourselves because they forgot. My husband and I ended up staining the treads and painting the risers ourselves to hopefully get the project done. They contracted out for the railing. That company will not get back to us, but now the contactor with Bax said it's basically our problem now. So a project that was quoted to take a week, has now taken a couple months...still isn't completed. Might be three months. Our son is having surgery Monday, and this is the disaster we have to bring him home to. You really don't understand the value of a safe staircase until you no longer have one. Their employees had verbal arguments in front of us. Left angry with each other. The unprofesionalism has been jaw dropping. Bax, if you dispute this review, we have a binder full of pictures, paperwork, and all written interactions. We value honesty and hard work, this company is a prime example of the complete opposite.
