The most AWFUL EXPERIENCE.. They are there to sell you the system but after that your screwed... I had an issue with install that fried all my appliances now I cant cook nor do laundry and after over a week of exhausted phone calls and messages that were left unreturned they try and come back with $2700 to "patch" my appliances... I am asking for replacement as all of them were new and they would gladly take the money for the system but when you have an issue with the install your up shit creek..... DONT DO IT!!!! Have a system they installed for $30,000 just over a year old and it's not working. I've verified with city services it is on their end and it's supposed to have a 10 year warranty. I have called 8 times over 2.5 months and have only gotten to speak with a real person once. The other times I continue to leave voice messages for Robert. As of today I have never gotten a call back. The one time I reached someone they said Robert would call and schedule a repair to get it working which never happened and I'm back to calling, getting voicemail and leaving messages. This is horrible service. I would definitely use another installer where you can reach someone when you call and they are responsive and care about customers and the warranty. I will update this review if anything changes. Seeing the other bad reviews here I am not all that hopeful. read more

I hired Premier Solar to install solar panels on my house Winter 2016. The solar panels went on line March 2017 and the purchase was worth it. I watched as they installed a new electrical panel, insulation and the solar system. They didn't cut corners as far as I can see (and io was looking to make sure they didn't. After a year of having my solar system on line, I can say the purchase was well worth it. This month saw my first $0.00 electric bill. read more

Awful. Company the employees were trying to buy weed off me and they messed up on an install that fried all my appliances. Overall very unprofessional and the owner only offered $2000 to replace every appliance and i have had to buy every meal and get my laundry done for a week and Robert Lamore the CEO is a joke he tried to make every excuse why they should not cover the whole claim and just trying to "patch it" they suggested it like it was a great offer I have receipts and video proof of all bad appliances. I just spent $54k on a system and your trying to make a big deal over $4150. Dont hold your breath on them having any since of urgency if they damage your property. CPS said I'm producing very low for the amount of panels I have. I have been calling both Premier Solar and the loan company for months now, with no resolution. Put on solar 2 years and 2 months ago. I had them come out on May 3rd as my solar was not producing as my contract states. I have been waiting for the company to do an inspection with local jurisdiction since May 3rd, it's now May 29th and San Antonio pushed them out of the City. They don't care about customer service.
